Looking for a relaxing break in the Swiss Alos, close to the slopes, I found this little gem: a hotel, pretty rustique in the traditional Swiss way! Not far from the heart of Engelberg but far enough to contemplate the sky, see the stars and hear only the heartbeat of nature. Clean, very very clean, with comfortable rooms, not big, just comfy, most with a balcony overviewing the village. Staff, super nice and polite, ready to help and advise: had a 10% discount in my ski rental and anytime I wanted to go skiing they got in the minivan and took me to the resort! The restaurant was also nice, with delicious dishes and a savvy wine list. Not to miss! Only point I would like to note, the breakfast buffet: every day the same, not always fresh fruits available. Would like some variety and some chocolate croissants, please! Overall, a must go!

The most satisfactory hotel in Switzerland, Engelberg is my favorite town. Next time I come, I will go straight to this hotel. It is very comfortable to walk around the town and climb the mountains. I booked dinner, which was very exquisite. Softbank was included. There was someone playing the piano in the restaurant every night.

We temporarily decided to stay in Engelberg for one night and another weekend, so the entire hotel in Engelberg can be booked and the price is higher. After the check-in, the room was quite big, but the equipment was very simple, probably the same as the domestic 168, there is a small balcony. The hotel has a good breakfast, the hotel has a good location, and a new hotel is built next to it. The car park is right behind the hotel.

Wow, what a location and hostel!! Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a stunning balcony view of the mountains. The bunk beds were cute and it was pretty spacious. Great location in the town of Engelberg, walkable to town and restaurants as well as the lift up to Mt. Titlis. The fondu on the first night was the perfect welcome to Switzerland. Left wanting to stay another night and hopefully get to come back someday!

The hotel facilities are perfect, the family suite is super big, and the price in Switzerland is super high. It is very good to book such a hotel. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, which are delicious. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to go to Titlis Snow Mountain

Ich wurde aus beruflichen Gründen in diesem Hotel für 2 Nächte untergebracht. Das Hotel von Aussen sah sehr intressant aus. Ich habe das Zimmer 210, leider ist es direkt neben dem Lift, jede Öffnung des Liftes ist zu hören. Von den Personen um 23:00Uhr im Gang fange ich nicht mal an!!! Da hört man jedes einzelne Wort, bräuchte eigentlich gar keine Tür, denn es macht keinen Unterschied. Zusätzlich höre ich die Schritte vom oberen Zimmer. Ich dachte wenigstens der Balkon würde mir freude bereiten. Na das war wohl nichts! Da müsste man zuerst einen halben Meter Wand vom Boden aus (vor dem Fenster) beklettern, um dann auf die Dachterasse zu gelangen. Ja Dachterasse, ist also zwingend notwenig die Vorhänge zuziehen, da esh jedem aus der Terasse möglich wäre da ohne Problem rein zu schauen. Bin jetzt leider noch eine weitere Nacht hier. Vieleicht gibt es ja noch was positives zu Melden.
