TTangtangnuomizhouTraveling with kids, the hotel's overall environment is quite good and has a resort-like feel. The rooms are spacious, and for the same price, staying at a hotel feels more reliable than a homestay. Breakfast is decent, but there's an extra charge for children over 1.4m tall, which is a bit of a downside. The housekeeping service is practically non-existent; I had to call ten times to get an answer once. The pool wasn't particularly clean, and my child said there were bugs at the bottom. The room door was a bit difficult to close, probably due to the humid weather, and there was no smart TV.

AAnonymous UserThis was our second time staying at Bird's Nest with the kids. This time we booked a larger room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free. We even had a dedicated service butler who was incredibly helpful. Their response time for dining arrangements and car bookings was very quick. The room facilities and decor have a charmingly rustic and natural feel. As for the views, they are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and blue skies and white clouds that feel within reach. You can hear the rustling of the pines and the wind blowing through the leaves, and there's a panoramic view of Yalong Bay, where the sea and sky blend seamlessly. It's perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway and a close connection with nature.

GGuest UserSanya Haitang Bay Wanda Realm was an absolute gem! The location is incredible, right next to the duty-free shop. After a shopping spree, it was just a few steps back to the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel grounds are massive, with coconut groves and ocean views everywhere you look – every photo is Instagram-worthy. Ella provided such thoughtful service, always there for any little thing we needed, taking care of everything down to the last detail. All I had to do was eat, drink, play, and relax [heart emoji]. I didn't have to worry about a thing, the experience was top-notch. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Sanya! [rose emoji]

GGuest UserI've been to Sanya several times before, staying at places like St. Regis, Marriott, and MGM. This time, I chose the Crowne Plaza Sanya Bay, and it was a delightful surprise. 1. **Accommodation**: During check-in, the front desk upgraded our room to one with a king bed and two single beds, which was perfect. When traveling with kids, you really don't want to squeeze onto one bed; relaxation is key. On the first day, the room was so big that I had to shout to find people, haha! There was a slight musty smell when we first arrived (I'm quite sensitive to smells), but the housekeeper, Mei Qi, promptly addressed it, providing a dehumidifier. Within a few hours, the smell was completely gone. Another family in our group was initially assigned a room quite far away, and the housekeeper proactively helped them move to the room next door the very next day, which was very thoughtful! 2. **Transportation**: The hotel is conveniently located close to Nanshan Temple, Phoenix Airport, and the high-speed train station, making getting around easy. They offered complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, and they sent a huge bus just for us, which was quite a grand gesture! There are also free shuttle buses to Boundary Island and the duty-free shop, which is very convenient. 3. **Activities**: The hotel boasts three swimming pools. The main pool is massive, easily 50 meters long. The secondary pool is built around the rooms, likely catering to pool-access rooms. This secondary pool is large enough for paddleboarding. There are also lounge chairs and lifeguards by the beach, offering a strong sense of security! 4. **Ambiance**: In the evenings, my family enjoyed sitting on the huge balcony, soaking in the 'essence of heaven and earth,' and we didn't even want to go back to our rooms to sleep until late at night! 5. **Service**: The butler service was superb. While the location isn't as advantageous as Yalong Bay, the service is absolutely top-notch!

GGuest UserThe resort experience at InterContinental Sanya is absolutely amazing! The grounds are surrounded by coconut groves, the private beach is clean and tranquil, and the ocean view rooms offer unobstructed vistas. Waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening is simply blissful. The butler service is attentive and thoughtful, with Lucas responding promptly to all our requests. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the family-friendly facilities are excellent. It's the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sanya.

GGuest UserI've been to Sanya many times, but this was my first time staying at the Mangrove Tree Resort, and it was a very disappointing experience. People online often mention it's old, and it definitely is, but that's not the main issue. After all, I stayed next door a few years ago, and it was old then too, but the experience was great. The key really lies in the facilities and service. Let me first mention two or three good points: first, the room hygiene was good, the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic and responsible; and the breakfast selection was rich and tasty. Now for the long list of complaints: Facilities: The old and small room is forgivable, as it's an entry-level room in an older hotel, but the facilities are truly not user-friendly. 1. There's very little counter space to place things in the room – just one desk and a TV stand. This isn't enough for a family traveling with children. 2. The shower in the bathroom is inside a large bathtub. This design is so outdated! Every day, I had to climb over a bathtub that was over a meter high to shower. If you have elderly family members, definitely do not stay here; there's a risk of falling. 3. There's also a shower area on the balcony. I don't know what kind of ”wild fun” this is meant to provide. Firstly, if you're short, it's impossible to shower while enjoying the view, and people inside the room have a clear view, making it unsuitable for families with children. Furthermore, this shower area has no place to hang towels or clothes, or to put toiletries, needlessly taking up a third of the already small balcony. 4. The clothes rack on the balcony is fixed, so you can't hang long clothes or trousers, only small items, and it clashes with the nearby table and chairs. 5. The toilet is cramped, a three-way split is impossible. The toilet paper holder isn't on the side but to the back right, directly above the trash can, so you need a special technique to tear paper, otherwise it falls into the bin. All the designs are incredibly bizarre; I don't see how this relates to being a ”family-friendly” hotel. Service: I can't even give a score. I specifically requested on Ctrip not to have a corner room, and the room we got was in the furthest wing, the second to last room. So, this doesn't count as a corner room?? Upon check-in, we noticed water dripping from the ceiling's air conditioner condenser right next to my suitcase. We called for maintenance, and they said it was because we had the balcony door open while the AC was on. The implication was that it was our fault for improper use. So, I guess no other guests ever open the balcony door while the AC is on, right? The butler didn't proactively offer any solutions, and we didn't want to push for a room change or upgrade, so we just made do. Then, on our last day, while having breakfast in the hotel's semi-outdoor restaurant, halfway through our meal, water started dripping from the air conditioner condenser above our table, landing in our plates, forcing us to move tables. So, by the hotel's previous logic, the restaurant shouldn't even have AC on, since it's semi-outdoor, right? Shouldn't the hotel compensate me for their own ”usage problem”? It's ridiculous. We encountered many absurd things at this hotel, including but not limited to: although there were staff leading guests to tables at breakfast, on the first morning, they led us incorrectly three times, taking us in different directions only for others to say there were no empty seats in that area. I don't know how they communicate. Later, we saw other guests finishing their meals outside and wanted to sit there, but the usher seemed oblivious, as if sealed in place. We also witnessed a long tile falling off the fruit buffet counter, hitting a guest's foot, and a server accidentally spilling an entire tray of freshly made fried rice, with grains scattered around a focused guest who was unaware and getting food... The public areas are just average for a hotel in Yalong Bay, nothing special. With sunlight, it's not ugly, but it's not particularly beautiful either. The only places worth photographing are the pool, lawn, and coconut trees in front of the lobby. No wonder there are no other pictures in the reviews; I could only photograph this area myself. The children's pool is small, and the standard pool is even smaller, undeserving of the word ”standard.” Having stayed in so many hotels, this one is truly hard to review.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids can be a hassle, but this hotel made our entire trip stress-free. Special thanks to Manager Shen from the front office. Upon arrival, he proactively helped us with our luggage and immediately provided children's amenities when he saw our little one. The check-in process was efficient, and he thoughtfully upgraded us to a family room. When my child accidentally spilled juice, Manager Shen's first concern was to reassure us that ”the child is fine,” and he swiftly handled the situation. His warmth and patience throughout made a deep impression on us. The room facilities were complete, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The hardware is great, but the service is even more heartwarming. The professionalism and warmth of the hotel's service made our family trip start off perfectly. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThis was an excellent stay for a family trip, offering great food, drinks, and activities. Our room faced the sea, allowing us to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze. The diverse buffet breakfast had at least 30 different food options to satisfy various palates. There were plenty of activities, and the swimming pool was particularly clean and clear – my child and I could easily spend a whole day there. The staff (both male and female) provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The price was reasonable, and I'll definitely choose Sheraton again next time.

GGuest UserI was amazed by this homestay when I first came to Wanning. I originally planned to make do for one night, because I wanted to travel around China and save some money for accommodation, so I found this homestay for more than 100. It is also close to Wanning Shenzhou Station. There is also a pick-up service. Who knows that I just arrived at the homestay. The boss gave me a free upgrade to the room type with a bathtub. It is no exaggeration to open the room. The 40 ㎡ big room is bigger than the house I rented when I worked in Hangzhou, and it was very clean at first glance. There are three windows. The scenery outside the window is also good, and the scenery in the courtyard is good. That night, I sat on a swing and blew the wind. I started my play guide in Wanning the next day. Then I took a bath in the bathtub at night. There is a disposable bathtub belt. Don’t worry about hygiene. The big bathtub is not like it. My tall and fat body also feels very wide in it. Yu, in addition, there is a projector in the room, the toilet is a smart toilet, the shower is also very clean, the next morning I directly renewed the lease for one day (but the price has risen a little, regretting that I didn’t book two nights directly), I rented an electric car with the boss, and the homestay user can rent it for 30 yuan for a whole day. The boss intimately told me. If I go to Riyue Bay, I may have to charge on the road. I finally tried it. I went from the B&B to Shenzhou Peninsula to Shimei Bay to Riyue Bay. I finally returned. I went to the Shenzhou Peninsula Night Market at night. I can still return. There are still a lot of electricity. Because of the surfing that day, my hand was scraped by the deck. I asked the boss to find me band-aid. I didn’t have to worry about blistering on my feet. There was needle and thread. I rushed to Lingshui’s high-speed rail the next morning. The boss also drove me to the station. I am really grateful and very happy. I am here in the off-season. 100-200, I don’t know if the price will change later, but my experience is really good. This is the first time I recommend someone else to live in a homestay. At the same time, I also want to make a few suggestions for improvement. First of all, the air conditioner. I always feel that the cooling is too slow. I can’t feel any cool breeze, although there is coldness, Later, I asked the boss and said that it was blowing up. It may also be that the room is too big and the cooling is slow. This is the place I think can be improved. In addition, the toilet is half separated from the shower. It feels like a sliding door can be made. Otherwise, the front of the toilet will still splash. Water, the last point is the washing machine, If you are bigger and stronger later, you still hope to add a washing machine in the room, otherwise such a big room is too wasteful, or you can add some other facilities, of course, the premise is that there is economic strength, hahaha, in short, very good, highly recommended!
