The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. It was dirty, filthy, unsanitary. I would not be surprised if there were bed bugs. The underneath of the bed had 2 cm of dust, dirt, hair and other debris. There was no trash can In the room. There was a fowel odor that really caused a headache. The tub was the dirtiest I have seen. Shoes would be required to take a shower. There was trash piled outside near to the stairwells soiled dippers I close to the guest rooms and walk ways. I should call the board of health for the conditions of this hotel

Very comfortable room, nothing fancy, but works well for a single traveler. A bit over priced for what you get, but good option for the area.

First want to say the desk helpers were nice, the manager completely ignored us. We checked in really late, we booked a deluxe room and when we got to the room is was soo disgusting, so had to get a different room which had 1 bed so our 2 boys had to sleep on the floor! WTH!! The guy apologized and said we could get a refund. The next day we got a deluxe room, which was not impressive. It smelled like cigarettes and the floor under the pull out bed was gross. I went to the front desk twice and the manager was never there our whole stay apparently and she never called us like we were told. We never got our refund, got to talk to the manager and there was no food for the FREE breakfast and the second day no coffee. The room needs some work done to it also and the bed was torn up. Never pick this place if you can help it. Not a great neighborhood either we were told. Still have never heard the manager at all and it has been 2 weeks.

BEWARE OF SCAM! I booked a room here for 2 nights through the hotel itself (not a 3rd party site) 9 days before I planned to stay. Since I paid, in full, ahead of time, I got a good rate. Fast forward to the day of the booking, I drive 8 hours from Iowa and arrive at 3 p.m. which is the earliest you can check in. I am told that the hotel cancelled my reservation because they were overbooked. The front desk staff said this often happens with 3rd party sites, but I did NOT book through a 3rd party site even though the desk staff claimed I did. I am dumbfounded at this point because I checked the morning of to make sure the payment went through and the booking was still confirmed. I received no email of a cancelation, nor a refund at the time I tried to check in. I ask why this would happen without an email and what I'm supposed to do. I ask for a print out showing proof that they refunded my stay which is when I saw that the stay was cancelled 30 minutes before I arrived. Yes, THIRTY minutes before I walked in to check into my room, they cancelled it without notifying me. It is over 24 hours later and I still have yet to receive an email or other notice signaling that they cancelled my stay. Now here's the kicker...the desk staff told me that if I made a new booking and came back at 5 p.m., then they would have a room ready for me. I asked how that's possible if she just told me they cancelled my booking 30 minutes before this interaction because they were overbooked. The desk staff said that I need to lose the attitude just because I am utterly stupefied by this interaction at this point. I did not raise my voice, nor use foul language. I simply asked questions to understand the situation because it did not make sense to me. Now, since I just spent all day driving, have a concert to go to in a few hours in Denver, and have a dog with me, I just take what I could get and accepted the offer to rebook with them. The desk staff tells me to do it on my phone, I ask her if she can just do it on her side since I am already here. She tells me that I will get a better rate by booking online and told me to do that. So I go ahead and do so while I am in front of her. While the new rate showed it was 5 dollars cheaper per night than my original booking, when I went through with the order, I noticed it totaled 70 dollars more than the original booking. I bring this up and she said that she can't do anything since I booked originally with a cheap rate for advanced purchase. I said I technically did but now you made me rebook at the time of check in. She says there's nothing she can do and I don't have to stay here if I don't like it. So I ask for her manager's contact info and she gives me a business card, but when I get to my car, I notice the number is just the national extended stay call line amd I have no way to use that to get I touch with the manager. I spent the next 2 hours on the phone trying to lodge a complaint and get a refund for the new booking

My elderly father, my two children and I were heading to attend my uncle’s funeral and support my aunt and cousins. We were 3 hours away from checking in when I received an email that my 6 day reservation was cancelled. When I called the hotel and was told that they overbooked the rooms. The front desk lady said that she called the 2 nearest sister hotels and they had all overbooked also. What good are reservations if they aren’t honored. Instead I just got a “sorry”. Sorry doesn’t help me. I have stayed an Extended Stay America’s in this area, but will probably not be staying again. With this company policy I will not be recommendingy in the future.

The hotel staff gave out my private information to random strangers where they asked if I was in fact staying there and what was my room number. This particular stranger asking about me was wearing plain clothes not a uniform, did not show a badge, only identified himself by his name, more importantly did not have a warrant. Information was given out. Without my permission. When I brought it up to management, they said it’s none of their business, they don’t care, that’s my problem, and I don’t have proof of the night attendant relaying it, etc. I said it is your business when you put out my confidential information to the public. I could file a civil lawsuit against extended stay America corporation if I wanted to as per the United States Supreme Court ruling in 2015, I have a reasonable expectation to privacy. Also, that could possibly put my life in danger when the general public asks. Another time, I inquired with the management about why I haven’t received housekeeping in 3 weeks going on 4 weeks. Management said they don’t have housekeepers. Management is tasked with the responsibility as per her job title of staffing her property accordingly. I continued to push back for someone to do it. I paid for it. It’s part of the rate. I already waited almost 4 weeks. Management yelled at me and said quote unquote “clean your own f****** room”. I couldn’t believe my ears. Never had that ever happened to me at any hotel brand including extended stay America. So I responded that I can’t pay you for the week unless you fulfill your responsibilities. The Management said I’ll have you removed out of the room from police. I said go ahead. I’ve been here for over 31 days. According to the law, That makes me a resident rather than just a guest. I have more legal protections now. The management called the police. The police arrived. The police knocked on the door. I didn’t answer as I don’t have to unless there’s a search warrant. The police left without further incident after literally only a minute. Because the police knew this was a civil issue not a criminal issue. When the management realized I wasn’t being removed, the management locked me out of my key card so I couldn’t get in my room. That’s against the law. After 31 days, lockouts are not permitted. Only an order by a judge of the court can order me removed. But either way, I paid for the week because I didn’t want to argue about this topic anymore. I didn’t receive my housekeeping until week 4 following the previous housekeeping date. At the previous housekeeping, it was a new housekeeper who joined the staff. And she didn’t speak fluent English. Spanish only. That morning, the housekeeper walked into my room without burst of knocks 3 times announcing themselves. The housekeeper literally walked right into my room without a heads up. Again law enforcement is not even even allowed to do that without a warrant. But the housekeeper walked in without forewarning. The staff here at this Extended Stay America is AWESOME!!!! They are always very nice and will take care of everything you need. Very enjoyable stay here. Will definitely come back to this location. Highly Recommended!!!!!

The staff are AMAZING, They are very friendly and very polite.. My room was very spacious and clean the only thing i can say was wrong was my water from my shower does not get very hot.. Other the that my stay has been great.. So thank you guys so much for everything, and making my stay feel like My home away from home .

Staff was very helpful. Check in and check out was simple. Nice, big comfortable rooms. Quiet place. A good place to call home when you are away from home. They also have very decent prices. Great place to stay.

Very clean and neat room and hey I must commend Beef for doing a fantastic job. I think you do your work with your soul, you are so involved in it. Beef I am happy with your work. Also I would like to commend Keshia and Matthew (General Manager), you guys were also amazing. I will not hesitate to stay here again and I definitely will recommend you guys to my family and friends.

Room was cleaned very nicely by a guy named Beef. Even had a little rose sculpted on my roll of toilet paper. Full size refrigerator microwave sink and stove top is awesome to have. Very homey feeling and that's what I like!

Excellent customer service, staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help out. Would highly recommend and will stay here again. Clean rooms and quiet. They really go above and beyond.
