We had a dog friendly room which we thought our door in room would bring us to a garden,but no.We had to get dressed in night to bring dog out an alley way out to the garden.The room was baltic with no proper heating, just 2 electric heaters.No kettle in the room.Curtain was hanging down so couldn't close it and the bed was full of hairs which suggests bed linen had not bring changed.The food was lovely and tasty.Staff were nice in restaurant but staff in reception were pathetic. No organisation what so ever.I will not be returning.

Family Trip
Hotel is perfectly placed for the beach and exploring. Dinner in the restaurant was great and breakfast was brilliant with lots of variety. Staff were really helpful. Family room was really spacious and a comfortable quiet sleep. Beautiful hotel, however if you look too close, you'll see some parts could really do with a little bit of tlc. Overall a fabulous hotel.

Really nice hotel.
We had a lovely stay at the ocean sands hotel. We're a family of five and the kids really enjoy they're stay, we only stayed one night but would of loved to stay longer. Location is gorgeous, hotel is right next to the beach so excellent for little ones. Had dinner in the restaurant which was stunning, prices were great for the quality of food we were served. My only negative is that our room was fairly cold when we arrived but it warmed up quick enough once we put on the heaters. Lovely hotel staff in all areas. Id definitely recommend a stay here.

Please fix room thermostat.
All good except we couldn’t control temperature in our room. We had to call front desk to turn down the heat each day. Also both Friday and Saturday had wedding receptions and they were their priority. Restaurant dinner was only Fair with slow service. We confirmed reservation and when we arrived were told we didn’t have one.
