Arrivata nel hotel il posto molto carino le camere molto belle anche se a me il riscaldamento non andava , o chiesto 3 volte alla recepscion sono arrivati ma x 3 giorni che sono rimasta lì non andava lo stesso il punto non. E quello che x andare in piscina bisogna mettere le cuffie anche x un bambino di due anni che nn lo sopporta e loro insistevano x mettergli e terrorizzare di pianti un bambino detto ciò loro dovrebbero dare informazioni quando uno prenota non che li danno quando vai in piscina le informazioni vanno dette prima così uno è libero di prenotare o meno il personale era molto maleducato nel centro benessere bello il posto ma il personale centro benessere non sono in grado di fare il loro lavoro ….. molto gentile Sabrina alla accoglienza nel entrata e molto disponibile e sorridente …. Il mangiare era buono e il personale della cena erano simpatici … ma pessima nel centro benessere la mia camera era 321 molto bella quella di da dire di ritornarci no solo x quello morivo del centro benesseee brutta esperienza !!!! Date dal 25 al 27 dicembre pagato 2500 euro x un trattamento mediocre !!!!!

Buona permanenza e personale sempre disponibile, ma in alcuni punti vi consiglierei un miglioramento: Colazione, caotica e dislocata in troppi punti, il buffet non viene ripristinato se finisce qualcosa, marmellate con barattoli quasi a zero, yogurt con ciotola vuota. Tavoli per coppie, posizionateli lontano da famiglie numerose. Spa, è parecchio triste dover scegliere tra la spa e la piscina, usando l’app. Chi rientra avrebbe piacere di utilizzarle entrambe, senza aspettare orari di prenotazione nell’app, e senza ansia da posto. Magari prendete spunto dalle spa dell’Alto Adige, con più attenzione all’atmosfera e alle luci soffuse.

Ottima location, personale super disponibile, soprattutto “Riccardo il piccolo”, colazione abbondante, navette per il centro disponibili. Bellissima spa e piscina all’aperto. Ringrazio tutto l’hotel per l’indimenticabile soggiorno.

Arrivé sur place on nous dis que ce n'est pas possible et qu'il faut réservé et qu'il n'y a plus de place, alors que rien n'était indiqué.
La climatisation ne marchait pas dans aucune chambre. Sans problème pour l'Hôtel

Great hotel with a couple of easily remedied issue
A very nice hotel with good food and services. The view is wonderful, the WiFi excellent, the room clean and roomy, the staff very helpful.
One major problem: They allowed, every day, 3-4 fifteen passenger vans to block the entire arrival drive. Arriving guests had to walk uphill on a narrow cobblestone
drive, with no sidewalk, with all of their luggage, children, etc.. in order to enter the hotel. Staff were told but nothing was done about it.
The ‘free parking’ was at a local park, dirt lot, a 7-8 minute walk uphill. It would have been a great place for the vans.
The dining room and breakfast food were great. But. One morning we told we had to sit on one side of the room and the next morning the other side. There was a constant confusion regarding where we were supposed to sit. We didn’t care, it was just a nuisance.
This was a great hotel with a couple of weird, unexplainable and easily remedied problems.
