From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The highlight of our stay was sipping Champagne by the pool—pure bliss in the heart of Champagne country.
The room was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere.
The hotel’s tranquil setting made it easy to unwind and recharge. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying the peaceful surroundings, I felt completely at ease.
Overall, this hotel provided the perfect mix of relaxation, luxury, and Champagne indulgence. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of Épernay!

We checked in late due to car trouble. We were given the worst room, closest to reception. The AC was broken and the patio door did not lock. Neither were fixed during our stay. The property is older than in the photos. The kitchen staff was lovely. However, disappointed that reception gave no concessions due to our issues with the room.

Really lovely hotel in a great location on the famous Avenue de Champagne. This hotel has great history as it used to be the family home of the proprietor of Mercier.
Very nice room, helpful team, we had a great 2 night stay.

In this hotel theres a lot of things, piscine, parking... This is why i came here and we didn't regret it, my fianced and me loved it, we were so happiest to go there. The piscine is the most beautiful thing i see in there but that don't mean the other thing is not good beacause we liked everything, i recommands it, obviously go there.

Lovely art deco villa v close to the route de champagne houses...so ideal! Weather was poor so we didn't use the pool but it looked great. Breakfast was nice too!
