Premier Inn Epsom Central

Tired, dirty tables and not what we paid for. Many items not available and a very limited selection on offer. Wanted a good breakfast as we were going to be out all day with a late lunch. Will not be using again. Worst restaurant at a Premier Inn we have experienced. Very disappointed!!

Tom and Donna at the restaurant were very good very polite and chatty and helpful I just wish you'd reopen as a pub again open to the public as on a previous visit it was such a thriving place and now it's very quiet .but tom and Donna made the stay pleasant .

Hotel and restaurant is in need of a total renovation although the Staff are friendly, the facilities are in a poor state of appearance. Towels were dirty and room didn’t appear to have been cleaned / vacuumed for some time.The restaurant was the same. We chose not to have breakfast due to the general feel of cleanliness.,

All worked well, particularly breakfast. Slight delay on checking in because reception needed to reboot system. And check the room had been cleaned. Heating in the room was not great but managed after plugging in the portable oil heater. Very quiet room.

The room.had no air-conditioning and was hot. The problem was the bathroom was dirty with brown smears on the shower curtain. I went to reception to Complain but no one was there.so I could not raise the complaint. No one was at the reception desk when I checked out either.

AVOID - Never stayed in a Premier Inn that considers a COCKROACH an acceptable visitor in the room … the hotel is in need of a full refurb, more staff and a visit from the local pest control team !! If you suffer in any way from respiratory issues you would be better seeking an alternative hotel as the rooms are generally damp with little ventilation and the bathrooms aren’t great either. Come on Premier Inn step the game up here !!!
