The property's location is excellent, and all the staff have been great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have excellent amenities.

Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport.

The best stay we had. All staffs were super pleasant and the amenities were top notch. The property is worth every penny . View from the room was splendid. Waking up to that view was so dreamy. Now being a member, we would come back whenever possible. Also don't miss the spa. It's a bliss indeed.

I went for a business trip and it went well and amazing the atmosphere of crowne plaza was so amazing for business travellers ...I am so happy and satisfied with crowne plaza and their staff .I love to come again ,all the staff was very friendly

amazing stay with beautiful customer service backwater view from the room is very excellent i would like to come again if i get a chance very neat and clean surrounding staff was very friently and helpful valet boys are friendly my vaction was memorable

We are the conference managers and recently we had an event with them. The entire coordination and support was extremely superb especially the front desk team for seamless check in and f&b team for food and beverage arrangements. Sales team supported well for the entire event arrangements. Super happy with over all experience with team crowne plaza...

We stayed for crown plaza kochi the place is very awesome and vibrant. My room was comfortable and clean . All staff were nice and welcoming and I felt satisfied with the service. I hope I can visit again and stay for longer period … really looking to come back and enjoy

The stay was excellent. The rooms were top notch with amazing backwater view. Great treatment at the spa. It was a very well maintained property with cooperative staff. Almost every staff member went out off their way to take care of us and make sure we had a wonderful time. 😘✨️
