Tui Magic Life Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

Not a four plus star hotel, more a three, we ended up upgrading to the private lodge/adults only for the experience of a 4 star, and that only just met that expectation. Broken tiles in pool, cut my foot, drinks were diabolical, after the upgrade you still had to pay extra in the other areas of the hotel for the premium drinks, so basically paying twice. Food was ok, but again not a four star, on the app/TUI site there is an option/suggestion to upgrade your breakfast to cava and salmon etc, I asked about this, not one staff member throughout the hotel knew what the hell I was in about… Very tired and run down hotel, all the window boxes were empty, but in the pictures of the hotel on the website they are all full of lovely looking plants/flowers… staff look like they don’t want to be there, a little rude on times. Entertainment, well, don’t know what to say, what a load of ….! No outdoor seating what so ever, complained about tea/coffee making facilities in our room as it’s a four plus surely it would have that, this was supplied upon request 🤯. Housekeeping staff were great fair play! Cava they offer is only 5%abv. So classed as low alcohol (awful). Been a loyal customer for many’s years with TUI, never complained, and this time I did, and it was a waste of time and money. Spend wisely guys.

If a holiday camp and queueing is your thing then you'll love it here but it's not my idea of 4 star hotel. Check in was efficient but not particularly friendly. We then found our way to our room. We had opted for the adult only area, room clean and very basis. Plug hanging out the bathroom wall was repaired promptly upon request. We then went in search of food 4.30pm having been travelling all day to find all food outlets closed until 6.30pm. Christmas day gala dinner was our 1st dining experience-what a nightmare! Forced to arrive at 2nd sitting 8pm along with the other half of the resort. Long queues to be seated and then what I can only describe as a mass fight for food, queues everywhere and people piling up plates. Next morning we were woken by the cleaner wheeling her mop bucket down the corridor at 7.30am, this turned out to be a regular occurance every morning. Headed down to breakfast and straight into another fight for food only this time most options had run out at 9am with still another 2 hrs of service to go. This became a regular occurance, long queues, empty trays, and if there was food it was Luke warm and poor quality. After 4 days we decided to go out for dinner each night which is not acceptable when you have paid for all inclusive but we just couldn't stand it any longer. Infinity pool in adult area is lovely but freezing cold. The jacuzzi pool was being repaired/rebuilt so whilst the area was nice our experience was laying in a building site on uncomfortable beds. I did try and complain to the Tui reps but was basically told they live there and don't share my experiences (basically i was lying). I could go on and on about the terrible food choice & quality, sunbathing in a building site, rude and unhelpful Tui reps, hotel staff speeding around the complex on golf buggies but it's probably easier just to say don't waste your money and we will never return.

We have just returned from a fabulous family vacation. A huge thank you to each and every one of the staff at this great resort. Everyone was so friendly and always smiling. Thank you all for making our vacation unforgettable. Everything about the hotel was excellent, with a high standard of service and amenities. We found everything we needed in this complex for a wonderful experience. Our daughter Victoria was extremely happy in the children's club My Mo, for which we are very grateful. The Christmas party was wonderful with the participation of our children. The entertainment team was also outstanding, always welcoming, and very kind. Everything was brilliant, I hope to return to this wonderful place again very soon. I highly recommend this hotel complex, where everyone can find something according to their preferences. Terrible.Rooms air conditioning TEMPERATURE was NOT working throughout stay. Fridge stopped working, ants on table. Staff kept saying the air conditioning IS working! as it was blowing out light air, I pointed out the TEMPERATURE adjustment does NOT work. TUI REP RIKKI said I would receive a reply to complaint when I get Back in UK. The COMPLAINTS WERE CLOSED!!! No way of COMPLAINING.Otger guests had NO ELECTRICITY IN THEIR ROOMS. Traveled before with TUI had excellent holidays, but this Holiday was the WORST EVER PAID OVER £2,000 AS A COUPLE

The hotel is fine, nothing fancy, looks nice but look a little closer you'll see the cracks. Drinks are limited but for a fee you can upgrade to premium which gives you limited premium drinks. What ruined it for us was the weather... Cold, rain, gusts of wind.. When the sun did come out wasn't for long.. Couldn't wait to get home.. At night people wore hats, scarfs and big coats... Not the hotels fault.
