Lovely hotel with excellent food in the buffet. We didn’t bother with the speciality restaurants as the food was so good. Pools were very cold especially the large one but nipped down to the sea and it was stunning. Rooms are beautiful and spotless with free safes and pool towels. The kids loved hedgehog and cat watching at night. 2 criticisms The first full day it poured it down and there were no staff around removing the deep puddles or standing water around the pools once it stopped. I’ve never been to a hotel where water is left standing around the pool. The second was the copious number of staff whizzing around the complex in gold buggy type vehicles. They whizz around the pathways and you are expected to get out of their way onto the gras. Other than that great hotel

This is a great location with fabulous sunrises and big hills that you can challenge yourself to walk up. The town of Morro Jable is about an hour's walk away and if you're looking for a supermarket (Supermercado) it's about a 20 min walk the other way.... Of course you can get a bus or taxi or visit the onsite store. This resort is fabulous for well being and fitness and the beach close by has a gentle slope into the sea, perfect for young and old alike. The staff that take the classes are lovely people that really care and their classes are the best I've attended, ever. Mario, Evelyn, Hannah and Aurora, it was lovely to meet you. The food in the main restaurant has plenty of choice and if you want something in particular they do their best to accommodate. One of the chefs, Ousman made me a gluten free pizza... Thank you.

Just returned from an 11 night stay at the TUI Magic life hotel. Family of 4 with 2 older teenagers. We had a lovely time and there were some really good times, but this hotel let itself down on lots of occasions, many of these have been raised by other posts on here. When you add all these little issues together, and then add one big problem we had, it really detracted from our holiday. Lets start off with the fact this is not a 4 star hotel or a TTTT plus hotel as described on the TUI website. I would say 3 star, at a push a 3 star plus. Both flight check-ins with TUI had zero queues, flights took off on time and both landed a little early. Coach transfers very good and it takes about an hour. Check-in at the hotel was quick and easy, especially as I had downloaded the TUI Majic Life app where you can update all the guest details beforehand so when you arrive you only have to show your passports and sign a piece of paper and your done. The receptionist explained everything to us about the layout of the hotel and the facilities. We had two rooms in block 18 with a sea view. The rooms were on the top floor and were huge but lacked decent lighting and storage facilities. Bearing in mind we were there when the clocks went back one hour, it meant that by 6.30pm it was dark out which made it worse. Most 4 star hotels have extra facilities in the rooms such as tea/coffee, this was something that didn’t exist. We found out on the last day if we had asked for a kettle they would provide it, but no mention of this anywhere beforehand and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Beds are all single so a double is just 2 singles pushed together, and of you don’t lock the wheels they move, as our kids found out! Bathroom was fine with a nice shower, however I will return to the biggest issue we had at the end of this post. The towels in the room were tiny and dreadful quality – they felt like sandpaper and on many occasions were ripped, torn or frayed. When we raised this with reception, they assured us that all towels had been replaced only a few months ago. Ironically returning to our room after mentioning this, the bath towel in our room had a 2 inch hole in it. A small fridge in the room and a good size safe which took a full-size laptop which was great. The restaurant was often busy, and you would have to try and find a free table. The staff were always very helpful and halfway through our stay they created a queuing system for dinner which really helped, and we only waited a few minutes to be taken to our table. Food quality again was good, but without fail, every single morning and evening there were no cereal/soup bowls or glasses and you would be left waiting for items to be replenished. We didn’t feel that the hotel was particularly busy but the queues for certain foods was ridiculous with us often waiting for over 10 minutes with no communication from any of the staff. Plates dirty and it wasnt very pleasant for my son when he took a cl

Spent a fantastic week here with perfect weather. Couldn't really fault the hotel for the price. The hotel is in a lovely position above the beautiful sandy beach. Access down to the beach is not easy if you have mobility problems. The only disadvantage was the hotel is isolated and buses very unreliable, if you want to goto town, its a long walk or taxi. We had a lovely seaview room in block 11, very big with a large bed, a comfy sofa and plenty of storage. Ideal situation for the activity pool, snack bar and access to the beach. The food in the hotel was amazing, such a huge choice and very tasty, there really was something for everyone even the pickiest eater. We found the staff all very friendly and helpful from reception to restaurant, bar and cleaning staff. Entertainment was generally good but not amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived as a couple in November after getting a good deal by TUI. The food was good and you even got a choice of 2 sit meals included. All the staff where friendly and the room was big and clean with a balcony with 2 sun beds. Drink where as you would expect at a spanish all inclusive not bad but not amazing. Although they had Amstel beer on tap with german style beer mugs which i liked. I would like to give a mention to Venessa who worked hard at the lobby bar and always made good drinks even when it was busy. Also a mention to Alina who did the day time activities worked hard to keep everyone entertained. Also hannha who did the morning stretch class was very good.

After reading a few negative reviews I was unsure how the hotel would be but I was pleasantly surprised Nice to check into a hotel that doesn’t want towel deposits and payment for room safe. Large clean room with good walk in shower, lots of activities available and the biggest gym I’ve seen in a hotel . Very large restaurant but separate are for adults only so nice and peaceful for meal times 3 speciality restaurants and all very good and a nice change from eating in the main restaurant Very useful app that you can use to book activities or the speciality restaurants as well as seeing the daily program Always sunbeds available and although 74 steep and deep steps down to the beach it is worth it as the beach is beautiful and you can walk in either direction for miles I can see why there are so many repeat guests

Generally everything OK but you can get a very miserable fried egg at breakfast a couple days a week when the male chef is on duty. The staff are rotated daily. Always use the safe for everything. I had an imitation diamond that went missing out of a dish that I left on the side. I'd love to have seen her face when she got to the morro jable porn shop and found it would be worthless . Hotel a little tatty but for the price it will do
