In Short avoid ....definitely not Platinum 4 star..more 3 star To avoid great disappointment..book elsewhere.. Health and safety issues ...needs complete overhaul refurbish.... Hotel photo shots give a very false illusion....extremely tired In truth worst hotel we have been to in years.

Giving five star for Giulia, who’s is the best and is amazing with all the customers and is great and engaging and encouraging others to get involved! Giulia is very friendly and is the best member of staff - for the Hotel 4 star, close to the beach and nice food. Giulia needs to be paid more!!

We enjoyed our holiday, the weather was excellent and much warmer than expected. Overall it was good. Points to note. Hotel a bit sad in area's but it was a a very competitive priced all inclusive holiday , so all in all it was good. Beautiful location and all rooms well spaced . We stayed in the adults only area and it was nice and quiet. We liked the themed food nights , especially the Seafood. But as a non meat eater , most nights were very limited choice wise. La Choza restaurant is beautiful but lunch menu just a snack bar which is a shame to have to eat lunch inside , no choice if you don't eat beef burgers or pizza. Al la Carte menu was underwhelming The pools are very cold Smoking by the pool is so antisocial . To find a group of guests either side of you smoking , is very unpleasant, especially as they don't dispose of the butt ends respecting everyone. The stone walls by the Chill out bar are full of butt ends that guests have just used as an ashtray! Coach transfer there took 2 hours , 5 drop offs but only 1 hour return as no drop offs. Would go again

Overall the hotel is still very nice. This was our seventh visit and there have been a number of changes: - only wine glasses are provided in the restaurant for dinner. These have to be used for soft drinks and beer. - Cava is no longer available without a black band or a payment - the Chill Out bar and the various drinks machines in the adults only area are closed all day if a few drops of rain fall. Seems to be a staff saving measure although the signs state it’s adverse weather. Understandable if it was wet all day but not when it’s sunny and dry for hours afterwards. - cups are no longer available at the coffee machines. On some days there are not enough staff to clear and reset the breakfast tables so tables with no cups means guests with no coffee. - one of the jacuzzis has been out of action for over a week The staff all work very hard but perhaps there are not enough of them to cope at times. The food is still very good although it seems the number of dishes has reduced at dinner. Empty dishes are quickly replaced. So no complaints. Location is great and the overall experience is very good.

We booked this hotel for our winter sunshine , and afterwards read the reviews so weren't sure what to expect .. Now really can't understand any bad reviews . The hotel has a perfect location for the beach , which is beautiful , white fine sand and turquoise sea.. Views from hotel are spectacular. The staff were really friendly and helpful in all areas. I admit that some maintenance work needs to be done , in the rooms and at times Chambermaids cut corners ,, , but with such lovely pools and bar areas throughout the hotel , we only used the room to sleep , Bath towels and beach towels are replaced frequently .. I had a lovely stay and look forward to returning and hopefully seeing the same staff who made our holiday such a lovely one ..

In general its fine, ok rooms, ok food, great position, good drinks and mostly friendly staff but. The hotel is tired, very tired. The common internal areas are ok but general upkeep of the grounds need a lot of work. Broken tiles everywhere, missing tiles in the pools and the whole place needs a coat of paint. Defo not a 4 star, its a 3 at best. We enjoyed our week in the sun but would not return to this hotel.

Absolutely fabulous time yet again with amazing staff. Valentina was so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back and we are now making this an annual event. Food was great, a good range and catered for a variety of diets. Rooms were kept clean and well stocked

Very nice hotel, it’s my second time here and I would definitely come back again. The food is very good and tasty. The pool is very relaxing. The karaoke night was amazing and we had a lot of fun with the new Italian entertainer Valentina, a very kind and friendly girl.

Stayed here for a week, definitely not a 4* The accommodation is very dated & they need updating especially the bathrooms The staff well the management, need a word with some, especially the lady in the morning serving the eggs so rude & miserable trying to get a smile is like pulling teeth Miguel in the evening was different again so pleasant & friendly The food wasn't bad plenty to choose from, there was something for everyone The location is very hilly not recommended if you've got a disability the steps to the beach is a killer, but so worth it when you get down there Club princess does have plenty going on Would I return ? Not sure
