I clearly ordered breakfast, but the service staff repeatedly told me that I had not ordered breakfast and needed to look up the order information. The next day was even more outrageous. A new service staff member told me that they saw two people staying in my room and needed to buy breakfast for two people. Not to mention that I only had one person staying in the room. The original order included two people. For personal breakfast, wouldn’t the front desk check the order information first?

Super cool hotel and one of the best services a traveler can expect. In 3 hotels in downtown Essen we were not allowed in before check-in, but here we were helped and were able to recover from the long journey.

There is a student apartment opposite. You can see clearly from their room, so it is recommended to close the curtains. The biggest drawback is that the sound insulation of the door is extremely poor. It is almost as if there is no door. You can clearly hear the opening and closing of the door in the next room, and even the sound of the TV and alarm clock. In the morning, the sound of the cleaners making phone calls in the corridor is just like... It's like it's right in my room, so scary The pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. The bed is okay. The shower space is a bit small. People with taller bodies may find it more uncomfortable. The service was pretty good when checking out (maybe it was because of a different person)

酒店算是比較新，位置在中心，帶早餐已經很不錯了，而且還有電梯🛗，對有行李的出差人士很友好，英語溝通順暢
