We booked the Apartment with breakfast included. The Apartment was uncomfortable with cool light. The cleaning Lady woke us up at 08am on the day of departure. When we wanted to go for breakfast the receptionist told us they do not offer it and the breakfast was generally not offered. She told us that we should complain to *********** and ask for a refund of the cost of the breakfast. I therefore wrote to customer service. They told me that the breakfast could not be refunded and that I should rebook the apartment, which of course was no longer possible. To date, the breakfast has not been refunded.
