The location of this hotel is excellent! Lovely, quiet area and close to the cathedral and high street. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and the best pillows I’ve experienced in all my travels. The room had a kettle for tea and coffee and a hair dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. If you choose to have breakfast out, try the Cosy Club next door for a quirky atmosphere and delicious food!

Always choose Premier Inns whenever we travel the Uk, as always clean, modern and friendly service.
One thing and one thing only……no toilet brush in toilet!!!

Family stay. right in the heart of Exeter, very quiet area. Interconmnecting room was available and as usual a faultless breakfast with vege options. Everyone had a great nights sleep, the rooms were tidy and clean. Would def recommend staying here if you're coming to explore Exeter. Pre-book your parking at Princesshay!

We booked a premier plus room for 2 nights. Staff were polite and we managed to get an early check in for a £10 fee. The room was clean and well maintained and the floor was quiet. Comfy bed and good wifi. The location is also great as it is close to both the city centre and the quays. Would highly recommend.

Premier plus room spot on… restaurant awful. See photos - I did try to speak to manager Vicky but rather than apologise or acknowledge the poor food she said “it’s done on a timer I can do it again but it will be the same”. Really disappointing they felt this was acceptable

Best budget hotel we stayed in so far . As users of many accomodation this is by far the best we have used . Staff always great and very polite . We had great dinner and breakfast here , both chefs we encountered were very nice and helpful . Great clean hotel !

Great place to stay . The friendliest and polite staff for check in , breakfast and dinner . They seemed very stretched out and covering many areas but they remained professionals , calm and composed . We had breakfast in the morning and that was a proper english breakfast , fresh ,well cooked and plentyful . We decided to have dinner in the evening and that was also great . We had a stake beautifully cooked and my husband had curry that was also very very good . Great experience , very nice staff and clean hotel ! Well done all 💜

Stayed for two night stay Standard premier inn - good and clean, decent sized room and friendly staff Less than 10 minutes walk to cathedral so very central Parking is not offered on site - there are car parks within a few minutes walk which are rather expensive. There is free parking in the adjoining streets if you are just staying over night and can leave before 8am

No car park at this hotel so make sure you check as I hadn't. That was my fault. Car parking elsewhere was expensive and a walk away. Food choice was limited Rooms were expensive Hotel signage not very clear unless you happen to look down the side street the hotel is on.
