Behind us is David's Church and a small area of tombstones. It was a bit scary to see them when we arrived at night, but I participated in church activities during the day, and understood the local culture. I also found the culture shock quite interesting. In the following days, I would walk through the cemetery to take a shortcut.

Great location midway between Exeter St David’s & Central train stations & easy walk into city centre. Cosy top floor room with comfortable bed & was very quiet during my 4 day stay. Hosts Tim & Ken were excellent, arranged late arrival for me & very informative about local area. Only negative is very small bathroom & shower, but overall a very nice stay in Exeter!

Perfect spot on leafy quiet road, very comfortable & clean stay, fabulous customer service, so helpful with parking, directions and knowledge of the city. Highly recommend and lovely stay in Exeter visiting the cathedral, crockets cocktail bar, Harry’s restaurant and a gig at the Phoenix.

Loved the Townhouse in Exeter! It’s clean, comfortable, and in a great location! The hosts are helpful—great at providing information about restaurants! Breakfast was great. Loved the decor and the extra touches for guest’s comfort! I would definitely stay again!

Lovely place, centrally located. The staff, Tim, was very welcoming and helpful. Very well presented, comfortable and clean room. I would definitely stay here again as it was very convenient, close to the city centre and Exeter Central station. Excellent.

Had such a lovely stay here when visiting Exeter for work. The hosts were so friendly and kind and made me feel very welcome. I loved all the small touches that made the room feel special like the pillow spray, breakfast in bed and the soft lighting. The bed was amazingly comfy and it was great to have a smart TV. I usually stay in the Premier Inn but I’m so glad it was booked up this week so I could discover this place

Our stay was lovely! Welcoming, comfortable and clean. Tim was so gracious at check in. Delicious breakfast, yoghurt pot and crumpets were grand. Easy walk to high street and lovely dinner at Harry’s, get the cheese soufflé! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!!
