wi fi coverage generally fine only issue was wi fi coverage we were in room 3 and the wi fi booster outside in the hallway signal didnt go any distance into the room maybe due to heavy wire meshed partition door and our heavy fire door similar poor wi fi signal at far end of breakfast room suggest you locate a a wi fi booster plug in the room

Great Hotel Very nice family run hotel, comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were welcoming especially Julie who goes out of her way for the guests.

Tip top customer service Old fashioned good customer service. Hotel is dated in parts, food is excellent vfm and generous portions

Terrible Sleep, Outdated, Not for light sleepers The hotel is very outdated, reception not very friendly or welcoming. The room had a lot of dirty areas, and the bathroom door broken. The walls are SO thin, terrible nights sleep as we could hear the person in the next door room snoring all night, it felt like he/she was sleeping right next to us as it was so loud. Could hear everything, including footsteps/voices from upstairs and the hallway. The hotel is clearly for coach trip people, primarily the elderly, so maybe we were treated differently being younger, but got a lot of people staring and not friendly.

Not good value In general the hotel is OK and the rooms very clean but we have stayed in much better for much less. The internet was unreliable and slow as well as subject to persistent crashing. The rooms have been recently updated but the quality of the fittings and the actual finish is very poor and below acceptable standards. The wash basin was not fixed properly and the pedestal just stood loosely on the floor without any kind of fixing. Waiting 15 minutes to be served at the bar in the evening is not acceptable. I tried to find someone without success and the only member of staff around was conducting a quiz for the coach party. Breakfast was good but the staff require some basic training in serving and manners. We left a day early very disappointed. The breakfast staff were too eager to get away on time or do other things rather than concentrate on the guests. At breakfast times I had to ask for clean glasses for the juice, saucers for the coffee cups, a bowl for the cereal, milk and yoghurt. All things that should have been laid out on the tables in the self serve buffet area. I did tell the receptionist all this when we checked out and she did seem interested. The owners/managers really need to take a good look around and look at things from the customers viewpoint rather than what suits them.

Good Excellent location, good parking, friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Only negative, shower in room very weak and low pressure.
