此次為期兩週的旅行從三亞到北海、潿洲島再到防城港，住過好幾個品牌酒店，最糟糕體驗就是這家維也納酒店。先安排的房間滿屋煙味無法忍受，反饋後給予換房，説換房後機器人送房卡，換到新房間等了30多分鐘還沒見機器人，電話諮詢説送到原先安排的房間去了…我去，房間有煙味我還等在那嗎？再次要求又過了10多分鐘機器人才來。其二，不記得自己預訂時怎麼勾選的，住兩天顯示一天有早餐一天沒有。去前台詢問也確定是一天有早餐，沒關係，沒有那天出去吃也無妨。有早餐去用餐時餐廳告知要有早餐券才行，既然這樣為什麼不能在入住時主動告知或者就提前給餐券呢？況且我還針對早餐問題去前台諮詢過。這樣的維也納距離存活不下去想必指日可待了。再説下，入住兩天，接觸的前台全是冷冰冰的一張臉沒有任何笑意，樓層見到人也不主動打招呼，這個可以理解，畢竟阿姨們文化層次不一樣。總之，這家維也納顛覆了我對維也納的認知，僅此一次入住而已。
