衞生還行，位置好找，當時的房間電子鎖有一點問題，出去幾次回來打掃衞生的阿姨也來幫忙開房門，很熱情。但是你們的前台這些真的應該好好培訓下，服務態度差得要死，19號中午來入住，給我辦的房間旁邊有一個吃飯的包間和廁所，我入住的時候怎麼不給我講一聲吃飯時間可能有點吵？下午六點左右我打電話諮詢前台，這女的就來一句沒房間了，最開始還講我是昨天入住的前台沒給我講，明明就是你辦理的現在又甩鍋？後面她又講最多十一二點就結束。真服了那我不如不住。後面我又下去找前台，又正好碰到她在給其他人吐槽學我説話。打電話給你是讓你解決問題，不是聽你抱歉的，沒一點服務意識來當什麼前台。
