Accueil et personnels chaleureux, aimables et très amicales avec une connexion très spéciale. La restauration supérieur a nos espérances d'un 5 étoiles. Un magnifique lieu, mais une chambre pas du tout a la hauteur d'un 5 Etoiles. Un séjour rattrapé par le service et le restaurant.

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 5 étoiles, car plein de détails montre le manque d'entretien général. Un mur près du bar qui est cloqué, les moquettes les fauteuils fatigués. Dans la chambre la cuvette des toilettes marron, après l'avoir signalé à l'accueil cela a été nettoyé à moitié. Quand au restaurant, très désorganisé et sans plus.

Hotel is overdue for renovations, rooms and facilities not up to standard anymore. First room was smelly and with plenty of insects in the room (dead & alive). The staff was friendly and put me in another room, that was better, but still not up to standard in a 5star hotel.
