Fes Hotels with Airport pickup service

Stayed here as part of a tour. The only nice thing I can say is the location is good and the pool area was nice, I really enjoyed the pool. The rooms are beat up and worn out. The patio door did not lock and neither did the deadbolt. There was no do not disturb sign. Nothing was very clean, towels were ancient. Big crack in the sink so it just had glue slopped into the hole! The service in the restaurant was non existent, and the tables were not clean. The food was bad. Couldn't even go with bread and butter because you can only find butter at breakfast. On the second night we took one look at dinner and headed across the street to one of the many great cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Stay somewhere else, this is not good!

My husband and I decided to stay at a hotel outside the Fes medina, because we had already stayed at a riad in the Marrakesh medina earlier in our trip, and also our guide warned us that it wasn't safe to wander around the medina in Fes after sundown (he also warned us about walking anywhere by ourselves at night). After looking at the various hotel options, we decided to book our last two nights in Morocco at Palais Medina & Spa. It turned out to be the perfect place to wind down at the end of our trip. We booked directly with the hotel, and requested a room overlooking the pool. They gave us a wonderful room (Room 240), which had a king-size bed, sofa and desk area, and balcony with chairs and table overlooking the pool area. Our rate included breakfast, and it was a huge buffet, with lots of different options like scrambled eggs, potatoes, as well as pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. Although we had a driver and didn't need parking, there appeared to be plenty of secure parking at the hotel (you have to pass a security guard to enter the hotel grounds). We also loved the fact that the hotel is located next to the ”Borj Fez Centro,” a modern shopping mall with a food court, including U.S. restaurants like Pizza Hut, Burger King, etc. (McDonald's is also just outside the mall). We ended up bringing back takeout meals from the food court to enjoy on our balcony. There is also huge Carrefour supermarket on the ground floor of the shopping mall, and a liquor store next to it.

It was less than 10 minutes by taxi from CTM bus terminal. It is about 6dh if it is a meter. It was near Carrefour, a large shopping center, and convenient for procuring food. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi to the old town. It is easy to do sightseeing.

The hotel is very good, very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend very strongly. We spent 2 nights, the room was frozen and clean, the hotel has a large parking, breakfast is varied. I strongly recommend.

I stayed there for 2 days. My room was ready and clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast is good buffet with many items. I liked it. They have a big garden with a nice pool. I took a fresh local bear in this garden and a good chicken tajine with vegetables and olives.

Bad check-in experience; the hotel environment and the location of the room itself are very good, but when I checked in, the front desk of the hotel told me that I could not check in without paying the room fee; then I contacted the customer service and asked me to pay the room fee first, so I paid the room fee in advance and said Good to return when we check out the next day; as a result, when we went out early in the morning, we still did not pay the room fee; and Cui customer service; finally we left Fez at 12 noon and got the room fee we paid in advance;

Very old hotel but there are signs that are well maintained. Four of us visited here in mid December. The Riad was a perfect place to stay while visiting Fes. The courtyard is magnificent and was a tranquil sanctuary after the bustle of the medina. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, and dinner was delicious. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. We particularly enjoyed watching the decoration of the lovely Christmas tree - fun! - and watching Argentina dispatch France in the World Cup with the staff and a few other guests. The place made us feel at home. Highly recommended.
