Our stay at Riad Al-Ansari in Fez was exceptional in every way. Perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, this Riad offers unparalleled service and attention to detail. The owners, a lovely French couple with deep ties to Fez, were incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel right at home. As well as their amazing manager. Their passion for Moroccan culture shines through in the beautiful decor and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a truly authentic experience experience!

We have just spent an excellent week in this welcoming and relaxing Riad, 3 minutes from the two main arteries of the medina and 5 minutes from the Porte Bleue. Its location is ideal for visits to Fes and its region. No problem finding the riad, Hicham was waiting for us despite the late hour (2am). No noise only the singing of birds to wake us up in the morning. The staff are charming and make you want to come back

Very good location within the Medina, spectacular breakfast and dinner. Hicham's excellent service, he takes care of everything! Very nice and modern rooms, super comfortable beds. It was a very nice experience shared with a group of friends.

When you enter the door you don't expect the beauty of the internal courtyard! Well-kept rooms, recently restored and renovated. Delicious breakfast and the managers were also very kind to let us have dinner at their place without having booked as usual. Furthermore, all freshly prepared, the dinner was one of the best here in Morocco. They were also very thoughtful in leaving us in the hands of the driver only after checking that he was the right person.

We were several friends from Uruguay and we wanted to experience being in a typical Moroccan place located in the Medina. Beautiful place. Very well attended and very cordial and attentive. Excellent attention from Hicham, manager of the riad. Very delicious food and everything impeccable. recommendable

Recently redone Riad. Owner are super nice french couple that made sure we had everything we needed and more. In fact when we had a bad experience at a medina Spa the owner took it into their hands to go have a word with the spa mgmt. Highly recommend
