Le recensioni su qualunque sito sono fasulle! Le stanze che ci hanno dato erano paragonabili a stanze di un’ostello ma pagato come hotel! Infissi rotti/rovinati, scarsa pulizia nei bagni, acqua fredda, poca e sporca. Non ci metterò più piede! Comunque il personale ci ha accolto carinamente, ma una volta che erano visibili i nostri disagi non hanno fatto nulla per far sì che stessimo bene. La colazione era ok, tipica colazione marocchina. Nulla di superentusiasmante!

Hello Good morning everyone I am here in Fès city three days three nights an excellent experience Excellent service in general The people who work here Mr. Abdul Qadir is very special they make you feel at home, Miss Raja is also excellent with a smile and Mr. Amin the private security guy named Amin is also very kind. The hotel owner Mr. Nasser and the hotel managers Hassan Azizi and Abdul Qader work hard and sincerely. I recommend this hotel as an agent and manager. J’etais très déçue cette fois après mon séjour, j ai oublié mes lunettes de vue indispensables ,et quand j’ai appelé le soir un gentil homme m’a dit qu’il va se renseigner et me rappeller sans retour no excuses, quand je rappelle le jour d’après le Mr me fait balade et il me dit (ewa bla manswlk daba ) quand je réclame il répond encore avec insouciance et manque de professionnalisme vous travaillez en quoi 😮 . En dehors d’ un gentil homme de la réception que j ai rencontré au début le reste est nulle . Sans vous parler de l’ état des sanitaires et l’odeur qui se dégage des égaux, petit déjeuner médiocre, et le plat de couscous avec 2 légumes 🙂↕️😏

Had a short stay at this hotel during my business trip. The hotel is in a nice city place, far from noise. The staff is AMAZING! Had the pleasure to exchange chats with Abda, Ghali, Ismail, all 3 were kind and professional! The cuisine is exquisite and their chicken tajin was on point. Highly recommend for business trips stays. Ciao dall'Italia!
