This is a very tasteful Moroccan traditional hotel, very exquisite, beautiful, and nostalgic. Although the hotel is in the old city, it is very close to the street where you can park your car, so you don't have to drag your luggage far, which is different from many other traditional hotels in the old city. The room and bed are very clean and hygienic, and the bed, quilt and pillow are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and rich. The lovely lady is friendly, warm and thoughtful. When we arrived at the hotel, she arranged mint tea and snacks for us, which were very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

1er jour : une suite (soi disant) dont la fenêtre est à côté d’une pompe de relevage très bruyante résultat : impossible de dormir, salle de bain minuscule avec un petit bac à douche qui fuit résultat : pataugeoire. On nous a menti en disant que ça allait être réparé dans la journée. Nous avons finalement changé de chambre le 2eme jour qui était toute petite nous arrivions à peine à mettre nos valises autour du lit, la salle de bain était tout juste un petit cabinet avec petit lavabo, un wc et un mitigeur pour se laver sans bac à douche pas très propre (photo). Impossibilité de mettre la télé car pas de télécommande.Le Directeur a bien voulu annuler notre 3eme nuit qui était réservée… mais les 2 nuits nous ont couté 185,00 euros… un peut chère pour la prestation non?. Pour clôturer le tout notre Chauffeur de taxi à du donner une participation au Riad car il n'était pas le chauffeur officiel du Riad… En conclusion : passez votre chemin.

To say this Riad is truly beautiful is an understatement. The craftsmanship and careful restoration rival many of the museums we visited while in Morocco. Every turn brought something more beautiful to look at. Despite the opulence, the staff made you feel completely comfortable and at home, especially the night manager, Youseff, who went consistently above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. At one point, we found ourselves needing an additional suitcase to leave the next morning. Not only did Youseff walk us to the shop but made sure we were given a fair price. Fez is a beautiful medieval city that can be a bit overwhelming at times and this beautiful Riad with its mint tea and cookies is the perfect place to call Home for a few days.

This was an exceptional hotel -- it was once a mini palace. I felt privileged to stay here -- was my favourite stay of our entire 2-week trip. The proprietor was also very welcoming and friendly, giving personal welcome and service. The room we stayed in (and others, I'd assume) look onto the central inner courtyard through shuttered windows without glass, and the evenings get very quiet, so that I often felt whispers were required. This is part of the charm of the hotel and its historic nature and we loved it. But if you are a night owl, or a noisy person, another Riad might be a better choice. If not, rest your head in a truly historic, beautiful place. Every inch of the hotel is painstakingly carved. Don't miss out on seeing this Riad.

Amazing! They will make you feel like royalty. The food is delicious and the staff are very helpful. We did notice two cockroaches on the last day which is why I reduced the rating to 4 stars for cleanliness but otherwise really incredible place!! Must stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Très bel établissement bien situé mais où on se demande si " il y un pilote dans l'avion .." tellement le service est faible et la tenue de l'endroit médiocre : - il faut insister et on voit que cela dérange pour avoir son petit déjeuner servi sur la belle terrasse ( et oui un serveur doit monter ) et le dernier jour " pas possible ..." - la chambre est faite vers 16h00 - il y a de la poussière sur les tables - diner sur place médiocre ... bref il y manque cruellement de personnel et le prix payé est totalement disproportionné des services de l'établissement ! Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons pris 3 thes à la menthe avant de partir et il a fallu s'acquitter de 40 DRH ( compte tenu des 4 nuis que nous venons d'y passer...!?) Seul respect au serveur de l'établissement qui " gère " tout seul du mieux qu'il le peut pour servir jusque 35 personnes en pleine capacité dd l'établissement ( ce qui semblait être le cas ce dimanche) Il y a t il un gerant ...!!!??? Bref vous pouvez avoir beaucoup mieux dans la même catégorie à Fes...

Amazing experience in such a beautiful Riad ! The architecture is just stunning and both buildings are magnificiently renovated. The breakfast and dinner were outsanding and rhe staff was very friendly ! I definitely recommend to stay here !
