酒店很有文化也很有味道。訂了豪華套房，給了整個酒店一樓最角落的套房，又黑還不能拉開窗簾，外邊緊鄰泳池，人走來走去。估計是全酒店最差的豪華套房，物無所值。

Il n’est pas dans mes habitudes de rédiger des avis ; cependant, j’ai trouvé judicieux de vous partager ma merveilleuse expérience au Palais Faraj ! Par où commencer… Tant il y’a de choses à dire ! Mes séjours à Fès se montrent d’autant plus somptueux lorsque je séjourne dans ce palais méritant amplement chacune des ses cinq étoiles. Du service parfait et amical, à l’entretien sans faille, à la décoration sublime en passant par les succulents mers concoctés à L’Amandier, le Palais Faraj saura vous ravir chaque fois que vous le visiterez. Mention exceptionnelle à Khadija qui s’est merveilleusement bien occupée de nous ! Au plaisir de revenir très bientôt.

Fab restaurant, hotel lacking
Beautiful place needs attention. Wonderful restaurant and staff throughout. Floor of bathroom was dirty (unidentified brown substance), mattress high in middle, low on ends and at headboard. Pool and other areas being jack-hammered with tile removal which made sitting outside at restaurant during day unpleasant. We were emailed that pool was undergoing maintenance the day or 2 before arrival—past deadline to cancel and book with another hotel. Bathroom and rest of room so dark I had to use flashlight to put on make-up! I would recommend restaurant completely, but not a stay in the hotel.

Sarayda iki gece
Bir saray ortamında eşimle birlikte iki gece geçirdik Palais Faraj’da. Oda temiz, personel dikkatli ve Fez manzarası karşısında akşam yemeği güzeldi. Gün içinde eski şehrin curcunasından sonra otelin sessiz ve rahatlatıcı bir ortam sunması hoşumuza gitti. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Palais Faraj Suites and Spa. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff is welcoming, wonderful and so helpful. We found the dining for breakfast and dinner to be delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !
