Hotel Villa Bonelli

Assolutamente sconsigliato!!!!!! Non è quello chenti fanno vedere!!!! Camera piccolissima aria condizionata che non va bagna senza bidè e doccia (soprattutto il vetro pieno di calcare! Pulizie a parte tutti i giorni con il cambio asciugamani per il resto da schifo! Per non parlare della prima colazione che c'è pochissimo rispetto a quello che pubblicano! Trada per raggiungere l'hotel assurda vi passa solo una macchina e se ne incontri una rimani bloccato!!!L'unica cosa positiva la tranquillità! Io sinceramente mi sento solo di dire evitato!!!

Staff absolutely to be reviewed and cause several inconveniences due to disorganization and lack of friendliness. We requested reserved parking at the facility, they accepted our request and the evening before leaving they wrote to us to go and park at the Fiesole public car park nearby. We point out that there must have been a mistake and they blame us by saying that we requested the double bed and not the parking. The only room available was a double room at the time of booking so we did not need a special request in this regard and we had the parking request accepted. When we arrived in the afternoon they pretended nothing had happened and gave us the parking space. Second day of breakfast we had to queue to eat as they only had 7 tables out of 25 rooms. We start to eat something standing, like other guests, and the annoyed owner blames us for all arriving at the same time. Half-frozen yogurt has caused dysentery in several guests. Third day we go at the opening of breakfast time: pressure to eat quickly and they counted what we ate. Worst breakfast experience of our life, never happened before

Structure absolutely up to expectations. My wife and I stayed there and we were very well received by the owners, who made sure to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back
