American hotels, bookings seem to be more expensive, fair. The bed is still relatively large, 4 people have no problem, the location is good, parking is convenient.

The hotel was nice, room was nice. Coffee maker was dirty, but the room was overall ok. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The fitness center was Not to our liking tho. No ac and felt like a sauna. Only has a treadmill and a bike. The Continental breakfast , I’m sorry was horrible. It was a decent stay but would probably not be my first choice to stay again.

Accommodations were as nice as any high-quality hotel chain, but at a more reasonable price. The free breakfast included protein foods (eggs, sausage, yogurt) as well as breads and cereals. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel is dog friendly, which is great. Service was good as well.

Flagstaff is a relatively large town on Interstate 40. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel is very close to Highway 40 in the city, it is very convenient to get on and off the highway, and it is easy to get to the Grand Canyon. The hotel is a decent American Express hotel, and breakfast is similar to other American Express hotels. I drove all the way from New York and found that in fact, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Four Points Four Points, Home2 by Hilton and other quick hotels, from room configuration to breakfast, are almost the same, sometimes I ca n’t really tell where I live. There is a parking lot, no shuttle bus, although the room rate does not include breakfast, but there is still a simple breakfast, the service is quite worthy of this price. Not bad, I will book this again next time.

Checked for a long time and found this hotel without disappointment. The design of the hotel is simple and comfortable. Facilities are new and the room is clean. Although some rooms are on the road, they do not feel noisy. The little brother of the hotel saw that the frost on our car window took the initiative to get us a snow shovel, and the service was very good. There is a lot of food nearby, and Wal-Mart is very convenient. The only drawback is that the bathroom fan sounds a bit loud.

This stay was so disappointing. We're Diamond members so we get to a lot of Hilton properties. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating on check in, but it was the room maintenance that was just awful. The AC/Heat vent leaked all night and you could hear the drips. The rug was pulled back and worn out in front of the refrigerator and coffee maker and the staples were exposed so when I went to make my coffee in bare feet in the morning, the staple went right into my foot. The bathroom light flickered like a strobe light whenever you turned it on. These aren't service concerns, these are safety concerns. I mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't seem concerned. If the leak had drenched towels it probably was leaking to the floor below. And if exposed staples are going into guests feet because of lack of room maintenance, it's a problem.
