NOTE: The space is a totally private studio with its own separate entrance BUT it is connected to the main house and there is some noise transfer (white noise machine provided). ParkingGravel parking spot next to the driveway; Free street parking is available HOWEVER from November 1-April 1 overnight you must use your designated GRAVEL space next to the driveway as street parking is prohibited overnight for snow removal vehicles (Midnight-7am) NOTE: The deck faces the tree-lined neighborhood but is for your exclusive use. The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom suite is spacious, airy and a true retreat with its own private entrance. Note, the suite is completely locked off and private but it does reside within a larger home with some noise transfer from the main house (we provide a white noise machine). At ~350 sq ft. the suite is spacious enough to include an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads, separate workspace / seating area, wardrobe, dining table, mini-fridge and microwave.
