Great
GGuest UserSuch a lovely place! Love the fire pit near the reception. I stayed around Christmas and the whole property was in a Christmas mood, felt really cosy. Staff was friendly. Rooms were big and clean. Really convenient that there was free parking available! Restaurant was also good.
MMagdalena LillaAbsolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
CCourtneyThe room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered 3 other couples/people riding the elevator at the same time as me (Fri and Sat), and both sports bars were low energy for a weekend. Which made me think this hotel isn't doing well.
LLi TzuI booked a room type on the 2nd floor on Trip, but I said that the 2nd floor was full. I was a bit lost at the moment. (Because the 1st floor will be noisy, and we are indeed affected by the footsteps upstairs and the sound outside) But the counter staff was very kind and invited us to drink beer. I went to the Grand Canyon the next morning. But the counter has not been open and there is no self-check-out, so I have to leave the room card in the room and leave a message to the housekeeping staff to assist in check-out.
AAnonymous UserAfter leaving the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, I was a little tired going back to Las Vegas, so I chose to stay in Flagstaff. After much deliberation, I chose Fairfield Inn, which is a very good hotel. The town is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
ZZhongruilin(Dennis)Due to the change in the itinerary, the separate order was booked for two nights. After several twists and turns, in the case of making up the difference, you can finally stay for two nights without changing the room. But the next night, I was surprised that the room was not cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was accused of cleaning the room service. The guest asked to take the initiative to ask at the time of check-in, otherwise it would not be cleaned. This is the first time I have encountered the rule since I have traveled to the store for decades. I had to take a few clean towels and endure this unacceptable service.
CCruzn56chevyWe stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast.
I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area.
邹邹It's more convenient to stay here to play with snow in Friegerstaf. The hotel does not provide breakfast, free parking, tourist towns, and the price difference between the peak and low seasons is quite large. The peak season is more than double.
LLilyThere is so much to do in Flagstaff we decided to extend our stay. We had a king room but when we tried to extend our stay, king rooms weren’t available on Trip. However, the front desk staff helped us out and were able to keep us in the same room with our new booking. It was a great service!
