I had a very satisfying stay, mainly because I chose the 180-degree lake view room. However, to keep it ventilated, I didn't want to close the windows completely, which meant the traffic noise from the road was a bit loud. But that's on me; it's perfectly quiet when the windows are shut. The environment, cleanliness, and the rich breakfast spread were all excellent. They even brought a complimentary fruit platter, snacks, and drinks daily – the service was top-notch! They have their own parking lot (both above ground and underground), which is super convenient for self-drivers. The hotel's location is great too; it's a quick 10-yuan taxi ride to Guomao City, the night market, and Jiming Pavilion. And as I mentioned, breakfast was good.

Five stars, highly recommend! The tent experience was absolutely divine 🌌. The environment is tranquil and stunning, backed by green mountains with expansive views. During the day, you're fully immersed in nature, creating an incredible atmosphere. The tent itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with spacious and comfortable interiors. The air conditioning works great, and the private bathroom has plenty of hot water. The bedding is soft and luxurious, perfectly blending glamping romance with hotel comfort – no feeling of being rudimentary here at all. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly and meticulously to every need. The surrounding scenery is incredibly photogenic and super healing. It's the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering maximum relaxation and healing. An excellent choice for a getaway, I'll definitely be back!

Check-in was super fast, and the room had no strange smells. All the facilities worked perfectly, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. It was really convenient for getting around for business. I felt very secure staying here, truly a top-notch hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and all the staff were very polite. The concierge communicated smoothly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get some great rest. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love its design. The location is fantastic, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient, and it's also quite easy to get to the International Trade City. The housekeeping staff are warm and polite, and the front desk ladies are equally enthusiastic and attentive. All in all, I love it and highly recommend it!

Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, and it even came with an air purifier, which was a really thoughtful touch that made our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom amenities were complete, with disposable facial towels and bath towels provided – the attention to detail was truly heartwarming. The front desk service was a huge plus. The staff were so gentle and enthusiastic. When we came back from an outing, they even gave us afternoon tea vouchers, so we could enjoy some delicate pastries while we waited. Upon check-out, they presented us with local specialty snacks. There were pleasant surprises throughout our entire stay. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

After traveling for over ten days, my last stop was Yiwu. I encountered a problem at the Shangri-La Yiwu on my first night that I hadn't experienced at any of my previous hotels. I developed red welts on my body. Since I stayed two nights, there were even more welts on the second day than the first. I don't have sensitive skin and I wore my own long-sleeved pajamas. The last time I had similar red welts, it was due to dust mites, so I hope the hotel pays more attention to the hygiene of their bedding. I originally thought the location was great and planned to stay here again on my next visit to Yiwu, especially since it's considered a more upscale hotel there. But now I'm a bit apprehensive. Also, the room details I purchased on Ctrip mentioned a complimentary coffee pass for the Executive Lounge on the first floor. The front desk didn't give me the voucher when I checked in, and I personally forgot about it. Furthermore, when I first entered the room on check-in day, there was a strong musty smell. I suspect the welts might be related to mold. At the time, a staff member offered to bring an air freshener, but it never arrived. They also mentioned sending welcome fruit, which only came after I prompted them on the second day. All in all, my overall check-in experience was just average. I booked a Deluxe Horizon Club King Room, which was spacious and well-located, but I felt the staff lacked warmth and attention to detail.

This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend. On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop. When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop. The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant. Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.) The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel. It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

Last time I visited Yiwu with friends, and this time I brought my child to see the small commodity market and stay for a couple of days. We chose the Yiwu Global Hotel. Before I even checked in, the online concierge I'd previously added on WeChat was incredibly thoughtful. They asked how many people were staying and if I had a child, mentioning they'd prepare a children's toothbrush and slippers in advance. They even suggested a parent-child themed room, which I found very considerate. I felt like I hit the jackpot! When we checked in, the front desk noticed I had a child and immediately handed over a small gift: an educational magic cube. My child tore it open and started playing with it right away. But before we'd even walked a few steps, it slipped from their hand and hit the floor with a 'snap,' cracking a corner piece. My child's face instantly crumpled, on the verge of tears. They had been so excited about this little gift all along the way, and it was broken before they'd even had a chance to really enjoy it. Nothing I did could cheer them up. I tentatively asked the front desk if I could buy another one. They asked me to wait a moment and directly contacted the online concierge. She came over, took one look, then knelt down and cheerfully told my child, ”It's no big deal, we'll get you another one!” She then went to the back, grabbed a brand-new one, and even added a small hotel souvenir, saying, ”This is for you too.” My child immediately brightened up! Seriously, any request I had via WeChat to the concierge was met with an instant reply. Whether it was asking for bottled water or borrowing a charger, everything was delivered incredibly fast – truly, they fulfilled every need. They even took the time to genuinely chat with my child, which was really heartwarming. Overall, from online interaction to in-person service, the Yiwu Global Hotel truly delivers. Being able to quickly resolve small issues and accidents like that is more reassuring than anything else. When traveling with children, the biggest fear is hassle, and the hotel's ability to handle these minor things so smoothly saved us a lot of stress. My child didn't want to leave at checkout and said they want to stay here again next time. A magic cube doesn't cost much, but that feeling of being cared for is quite rare. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Yiwu. The welcome tea was also great, they had some really nice sparkling water!

The room was clean and hygienic. Housekeeper Xiao Yang was incredibly thoughtful; she called in advance to ask about my arrival time and sent me the hotel's location. She even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so the room temperature was perfect and comfortable when I arrived. She clearly explained the itinerary for activities and important注意事项 (things to note). She also helped with my luggage, showed me around, and gave recommendations for good food and fun places, which was really considerate. Highly recommended!
