"This hotel, part of the Jinhua branch of the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, boasts an elegant Chinese style. The twin beds can be joined together, making them 2.7 meters wide and very comfortable. The hotel is spacious, less than 5 kilometers from Jinhua South Station and over 10 kilometers from Shuanglong Cave. Taxis are easily accessible. The staff were very welcoming, including door staff who opened and closed car doors and took luggage. My housekeeper, Xiao Hu, contacted me by phone and WeChat the day beforehand and even gave my child a small gift. The breakfast buffet was generous, offering everything you could want, and children were offered half-price for 49 yuan, making it a very good value. The hotel also features a swimming pool, chess and card room, spa, and more. The afternoon tea was also exquisite. Highly recommended."

GGuest UserDecided to check out the Yiwu International Hotel while visiting Yiwu. The location is excellent, really close to the International Trade City – less than a ten-minute walk. It's also super easy to catch a taxi from the main road right outside. Plus, there's a park and the Yiwu River directly across the street, offering some great views. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities you need, including a gym and a self-service laundry room. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which is always a plus. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of Western and Chinese options, and there were a lot of international guests too. Definitely recommend it! [Strong]

Luna was incredibly thoughtful and provided excellent service. Last time, when we were checking out, I just casually asked about the family rooms, and she proactively added me on WeChat to answer my questions. The location and breakfast are both fantastic. It's convenient to Xiuhu Park, Yiwu Zhixin, and Intime Department Store, and there's a direct bus to the International Trade City right outside the hotel.

GGuest User**Brushed to the temporary decision to go, the environment has not to say that green plants surround the natural oxygen bar, but many trees have bugs are uncomfortable, the room with slides children like it very much, the health is not satisfactory, usually live in a five-star hotel or there is a difference, the quilt found a lot of small black spots at night, The sound insulation is really poor. I didn’t sleep well at night. The next day’s activities were not ready. The children were disappointed. The breakfast was good. The rest of the hot spring afternoon tea was too hot and I didn’t experience it. The surrounding area was quite biased. I drove 8 kilometers to the Ping An Hotel at night. It tasted good. 👍

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

Their service was incredibly enthusiastic and thorough; they were so kind, proactive in helping with directions and luggage, and really efficient and thoughtful. They patiently answered all our questions throughout our stay, demonstrating true professionalism. Their meticulous and heartwarming service made us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also directly opposite International Trade City districts 1 and 2. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommend!

A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China!
The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great!
I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

As a parent who frequently travels with kids, I've stayed in countless hotels, but I've rarely encountered such a family-friendly experience that truly understands what parents and kids need, paying attention to details and special touches. I genuinely want to recommend this place to every parent traveling with children.
We specifically stayed for the Children's Day celebration with our little one. When checking in, I simply mentioned it was for Children's Day, and I was so surprised by how attentive the hotel staff were. Knowing that we had a child and might be concerned about space in bed or potential bumps, the staff proactively and thoughtfully asked about our needs. They meticulously helped combine the beds in our room into one large bed. The beds were joined seamlessly and securely, with no gaps or unevenness, perfectly solving the problem of insufficient space for a family. My child could roll around freely in bed, wide and safe, completely easing my worries about staying with a child. This proactive and detailed service made us feel incredibly warm right from check-in.
What surprised us most was that the hotel specially prepared exclusive Children's Day gifts for the little ones celebrating. The delicate and adorable small gifts were full of childlike fun, and when handed to my child, the little one was ecstatic and couldn't put them down. Such a simple surprise, yet it filled an ordinary trip with a sense of festive occasion. It's clear that the hotel genuinely cares about the experience of every young guest, not just offering perfunctory benefits, but sincere holiday care. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing, and it made this Children's Day trip extra meaningful.
Beyond the heartwarming service details, the comfort of the guest room also completely exceeded expectations. The room was clean and tidy, with ample natural light. The overall layout was cozy and comfortable, and the soft furnishings felt high-quality, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I especially want to highlight the hotel's slippers – they were an absolute unexpected delight during this stay! The slipper material was soft and thick, feeling plush and comfortable on the feet. The design fit well, allowing me to walk without any restriction, and the soles were non-slip and durable, making me feel completely secure whether walking around the room or after showering.
Usually, hotel slippers are often thin, rough, and uncomfortable to wear. However, the quality of these hotel slippers far surpassed many high-end hotels; both the comfort and materials used were exceptionally thoughtful. I liked them so much after trying them that I specifically purchased two pairs when checking out, planning to use them for everyday home wear and future trips, which speaks volumes about their outstanding quality.
Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were gentle and enthusiastic. Any request we had was met with timely, patient, and detailed responses, without any hint of perfunctory service. From the thoughtful bed-combining service and exclusive Children's Day treats to the high-quality room amenities, every detail showcased the hotel's dedication and professionalism.
This perfect stay left both my child and me with lasting memories. I've already promptly added a staff member's WeChat, and I'll definitely leave a good review later. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
