"This hotel, part of the Jinhua branch of the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, boasts an elegant Chinese style. The twin beds can be joined together, making them 2.7 meters wide and very comfortable. The hotel is spacious, less than 5 kilometers from Jinhua South Station and over 10 kilometers from Shuanglong Cave. Taxis are easily accessible. The staff were very welcoming, including door staff who opened and closed car doors and took luggage. My housekeeper, Xiao Hu, contacted me by phone and WeChat the day beforehand and even gave my child a small gift. The breakfast buffet was generous, offering everything you could want, and children were offered half-price for 49 yuan, making it a very good value. The hotel also features a swimming pool, chess and card room, spa, and more. The afternoon tea was also exquisite. Highly recommended."

GGuest UserI used to stay at the Kaiyuan International Hotel, always booking rooms facing the residential buildings. This time, I opted for a riverside room, and the view was absolutely stunning! The room layout was also different. In the past, I'd always sleep through breakfast, but this time, because my schedule required an early start, I finally got to try it, and it was genuinely good. There was such a wide variety; I was spoilt for choice and wanted to try everything.

AAnonymous UserThe family room with a big bed and a small bed suited our needs perfectly. This is our second time staying here and we're very happy. Luna was incredibly thoughtful and provided excellent service. Last time, when we were checking out, I just casually asked about the family rooms, and she proactively added me on WeChat to answer my questions. The location and breakfast are both fantastic. It's convenient to Xiuhu Park, Yiwu Zhixin, and Intime Department Store, and there's a direct bus to the International Trade City right outside the hotel.

The afternoon tea consisted of Chinese pastries and tea, which was a bit too sweet for my liking. It would have been great if there were some savory options too. The room was very spacious, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The restaurant next door had delicious food and was very convenient.

GGuest UserThe tents are unique, very warm, and even have air conditioning. The soundproofing is also decent, and the valley is quite quiet. There are plenty of outdoor playground facilities for children, a children's castle inside the hot spring valley, and kiln-baked bread and coffee. Parking is limited, but you can drive further in to park on the roadside, or take a shuttle bus or walk (it's very close). Breakfast consists of freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and wontons; most other basic items are also available. However, the restaurant seating is limited, so you may have to wait when it's crowded.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Zone 1 of Futian Road Commercial City, and easy to find. I was also contacted by a butler. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a 'light luxury' style and beautiful views from the window. The breakfast was plentiful, and the gym and swimming pool facilities were well-equipped. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience!

There were a few minor issues that affected the experience, but we still felt they didn't significantly impact our rating:
Like many other reviews, we found the service to be quite cold. Staff generally wouldn't offer information unless prompted. For example, we had to look online to find out the breakfast times, and we weren't sure if there was a fitness center or pool since we looked around and couldn't find one.
It's a good idea to thoroughly check your room. While it was clean, there was no shampoo, and the shower dispenser had hand soap instead of shampoo. We got back too late to bother complaining and ended up using shower gel to wash our hair.
Given the price point, you can't expect too much from the lounge, but some items looked like leftovers, and certain dishes appeared at both breakfast and dinner.
The Executive King Rooms don't seem to get much sunlight (they might all be north-facing), which is something to consider when booking in the future.

As a long-term cooperation customer, I have stayed in various hotels many times, but this short stay experience made me truly feel the high-quality service of the hotel, which is meticulous and people-oriented. The thoughtful service details completely impressed me, and I must carefully share this wonderful stay experience.
I am a foreigner, and my eating habits are different from those of the local people. When I sorted out my food on the night of my arrival, I found that I didn't have any table salt, so I couldn't season my simple meals, which caused some inconvenience. I originally only had a try-it-out attitude and asked the hotel staff for a small request for salt, without having too high expectations, after all, this is a very trivial matter and does not belong to the regular room service of the hotel.
What surprised me the most was that after receiving my request, the staff did not hesitate at all, did not make any excuses, was gentle and patient, recorded my request at the first time, and told me that they would prepare it for me immediately. I thought I would have to wait for a long time, or even have to go downstairs to pick it up myself, but I didn't expect the staff to be very efficient, quickly went to the hotel restaurant, carefully prepared clean and hygienic table salt, the whole process was efficient and meticulous.
In just a few minutes, the staff delivered the items to the door of my room without any damage, and solved my urgent problem in time. The whole process was efficient and neat, the service attitude was sincere and enthusiastic, there was no hint of perfunctoriness, and the whole process was patient and meticulous, fully taking care of my living habits and accommodation needs.
What moved me the most is that the hotel service is not just a standardized process, but truly think from the guest's point of view and pay attention to the differentiated life needs of foreign guests. For such a trivial matter, the staff still took it seriously and did their best, using subtle actions to dispel the strangeness and inconvenience of traveling to a different place. The meticulous service made me feel full of warmth and security when I was working in a foreign country.
I have stayed in many hotels, most of which can only provide basic standardized services, but Yiwu Global Hotel truly provides services with warmth and details with texture. It does not ignore any small demand, does not deal with any guest's request in a perfunctory manner, responds efficiently and puts it into practice with care, and perfectly interprets the service standard of a high-end hotel.
As an agreement customer of long-term cooperation, this experience makes me more recognized of the service quality of the hotel. Professional, attentive, efficient, and meticulous, this is my most sincere evaluation of this hotel. When I come to Yiwu for business in the future, I will still choose Yiwu Global Hotel as my first choice, and I will also actively recommend this treasure hotel to my foreign friends and business partners. ZZainishenbiandeyiqieThe room was great, especially the warm reception from Butler Xu. From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time.
