"The concierge at the door was very helpful. We wanted to take a photo of the night view at the entrance of Jinhua Junlan Hotel. He immediately agreed to let the sightseeing car guy satisfy us and warmly received us at the hotel service desk. He upgraded us to a view room. The room is fully equipped, comfortable, warm and bright. You can see the small bridge and the children's play area on the balcony. The breakfast environment is good and there are many varieties. I have shared it with my friends👍"

SShixiaojinjinya～Buffet Afternoon Tea: The selection for afternoon tea was a bit limited and could be more varied, especially the hot tea options. Given that the family room accommodates four, I believe a four-person serving of the included afternoon tea would greatly improve the experience.
Premium Private Transfer Service: The service was excellent, and the driver was also very nice.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. All the facilities, amenities, ambiance, and service were excellent. My only suggestion is regarding the fabric sofas; they didn't feel very clean. I was somewhat reluctant to sit on the sofa seating in both the restaurant and the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was great.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a business trip with colleagues. The location is excellent—it’s situated in the most bustling part of the city center. The room is spacious and very clean, and the staff at the front desk, particularly Li Li, provided excellent service. When we checked out, they even gave us a local specialty as a gift. Overall, we were very satisfied, and the breakfast was also quite good. The facilities are quite good as well.

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

She proactively offered assistance, and since we were a family, she specially prepared extra bath and hand towels and provided children's breakfasts with a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. Parking is free, and they give you a parking pass, which is great. The view from the window is beautiful and expansive. Just across the road is District 1 of the Yiwu Small Commodity Market, which is perfect for family strolls.

The soundproofing was also excellent, so I got an undisturbed night's sleep. The front desk staff, particularly Ella, Eileen, and Alice, were so warm and welcoming. They proactively recommended local hidden gems and gave tips to avoid tourist traps, and even helped with luggage storage. Their attention to detail was top-notch. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted authentic. The value for money is absolutely amazing – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

XXingyunnsThe room was clean and hygienic. Housekeeper Xiao Yang was incredibly thoughtful; she called in advance to ask about my arrival time and sent me the hotel's location. She even turned on the air conditioning beforehand, so the room temperature was perfect and comfortable when I arrived. She clearly explained the itinerary for activities and important注意事项 (things to note).
