"Facilities: The facilities are very complete, including kettle, hair dryer, smart toilet, smart voice, etc.
Hygiene: Hygiene I stayed in many hotels of the same price for more than 20 days, and this one ranked first. When I was in Guangzhou, the hygiene of hotels over 300 yuan was not as good as this one. The corridor was filled with the fragrance of tea, but I forgot to ask what the fragrance was called.
Environment: The environment is really great. The picture only reflects half of the texture of the decoration. The actual experience is really great. I feel the gap when I live in Hangzhou now. I want to stay in Jinhua for two more days.
Service: The breakfast is delicious and there are many kinds. The front desk is also very considerate and will take the initiative to greet. In short, the price-performance ratio is very high"

"The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's location was excellent. We could walk to popular attractions like the ancient city and the Ten Thousand Buddha Pagoda. However, there were a few downsides: First, the breakfast selection was quite limited. Second, the night light in the room was too bright, which seriously affected our sleep. Third, when we asked for a few extra bottles of mineral water, we were abruptly told there would be a charge (though they eventually gave them to us for free). Finally, there was no proactive communication from customer service before check-in, nor did anyone reach out to offer assistance via WeChat after we checked in."

The room isn't huge but it's quite clean, and the hot water supply is ample. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast selection was decent, and the food tasted really good; they even use Yunnan beans for their freshly ground coffee. The staff were all very friendly and courteous to guests. It's also a pet-friendly hotel, highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay at the Atour in Jinhua. It is very close to Guzicheng, just a 10 minute walk up a side straight and you are there. Lots of fun food spots, live music and of course historic sites. The room was comfortable and sometimes there were English subtitles for movies on the room TV. We have stayed here again since."

GGuest UserThe room was nice and very clean, but the TV couldn't screen mirror, so it felt a bit lacking in smart features. The three meals overall were decent, with a good variety of ingredients, not just an afterthought. Here are a couple of things that weren't great about the dining experience:
1. The BBQ area was a pretty bad experience. A large group of people were queuing, and by the time it was your turn, the food might be gone – and this wasn't even a holiday! The chef was grilling on-site, and perhaps due to the heavy workload with so many people, he constantly had a sour expression.
2. I asked the lady at the noodle station three times if there were any more chicken feet next to her, and she just ignored me! *Sigh*.

GGuest UserSuper fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle.
Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel.
There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set.
The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors.
The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai.
The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups.
The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day.
The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi.
Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

The front desk staff were warm, polite, and enthusiastically recommended sightseeing routes, which saved us a lot of time. Our entire experience was excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there's a hundred-meter flower wall nearby, perfect for photos. The location is superb, very close to the attractions we wanted to visit, and we could just walk there. I genuinely recommend it!

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:

**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
Would we return? Absolutely!

MM430570****As a first-timer in Yiwu, I found this hotel incredibly thoughtful. Right at the entrance, there was a map and detailed guide to the International Trade City, which was very helpful. The hotel's location directly across from the market is super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, and the front desk staff were all very warm, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. The room was clean, making for a really pleasant stay.

Cleanliness: Staying on the 3rd floor, besides the really smelly carpet in the public hallway, everything else was satisfactory. The sheets were clean.
I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff tidied up the room and bathroom every day.
Breakfast really surprised me! For a hotel costing just over 200 yuan a night, they even include breakfast.
Plus, there were quite a few options, and the small wontons were delicious, highly recommend!

I had another wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night and went to reception, where Felix assisted me. He handled everything smoothly and made the process completely effortless.
On my departure day, I realised I had left my room card and phone charger in the room after checking out. I went back to reception, and once again Felix was there to help. Without hesitation, he made me a new key card so I could go straight up and retrieve my belongings immediately. His quick thinking and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a non-issue.
Felix truly embodies what great hospitality looks like – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The hotel is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be returning.

RRustambekThe room was so old but the location is very near to futian market. Everyday cleaning the room and the stuff is helpful. The first day i found that the warm water cauldn't use in the bathroom the stuff helped me to change the room. May be I suppose choosing this hotel for the next time. Near the hotel there is a small night market where you can buy many fresh fruits and juices for the chippest price and try to eat national foods of Chinese people.
