JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

I was really impressed by the hotel's luxurious decor, exquisite breakfast, and especially their caring service. As a parent who frequently travels with children, I've stayed in countless hotels, but very few understand the needs of families and focus on details and a sense of occasion like this one. They even have a kids' pool and a children's corner on the sixth floor for kids to play in, which was super satisfying!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which is a big plus. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the lobby bar has a beautiful ambiance. The room facilities are complete and functional. I stayed for over ten days and had a really great experience, especially the hotel's breakfast – it was plentiful and delicious, with a wide variety of fruits and freshly cooked noodles. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Yiwu!

**Service:** Excellent! Both the front desk staff (guys and girls), housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all wonderful.
It's quite close to the Commercial City and Bingwang Night Market. Overall, it's roughly a 4-star hotel but with 5-star service.

CcherrykidThe location is fantastic, right across from Santing Road Night Market, which is super lively and convenient. It's really a great choice when visiting Yiwu. There's also a coffee shop nearby, and the pedestrian bridge to the night market even has an elevator, so it's not tiring. Staying in a room facing away from the main road at night makes it much quieter. Plus, they offer complimentary fruit in the afternoons, which is a nice touch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

MMadsonxiI was planning a trip to Yiwu, and for individual shoppers not buying in bulk, the International Trade City District 1 is the best choice. So, when booking a hotel, I specifically picked one close to District 1, and I absolutely have to recommend this place—it feels like incredible value for money.
The hotel entrance was under renovation, and I actually walked past it at first. After backtracking, I found the lobby on the seventh floor, and taking the elevator up was quite a pleasant surprise. The lobby was spotless, and there was a bar next to the front desk, giving it the feel of an executive lounge in a star-rated hotel. They had welcome drinks and candies by the front desk; it really seemed like an expert who had worked in star hotels designed this place. There was a young lady with glasses at the front desk, very young but very experienced, and she arranged my room quickly. The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The welcome gift was fantastic—a Yiwu fridge magnet! We always make a point to buy fridge magnets as souvenirs in every city we visit, and the quality of theirs was particularly good.
I especially have to mention their breakfast. The next morning, I went down to B1 for breakfast and noticed quite a few foreigners staying there. I hadn't expected much, but then I realized their breakfast was actually quite excellent. The noodle station even had mini wontons and offered three different types of noodles to choose from. Eggs were freshly fried, and they even made omelettes with extra ingredients. Bread, fruit, and yogurt were all available, but the most impressive part was the cheese served next to the bread. It wasn't the domestic kind used for pancakes; it was genuinely large, sliced cheese. Excellent! They managed to make a simple breakfast buffet feel international. Definitely a big thumbs up.
After breakfast, I was surprised to discover that there was also a gym downstairs, along with self-service washing machines.
At checkout, the front desk proactively asked about my stay and even gave me a parting gift. Overall, this hotel offers incredibly high value for money, and it's clear that their amenities are designed to star-rated hotel standards. You wouldn't find much better at a Yiwu Marriott, perhaps even worse, as five-star hotels can get complacent, and their staff might not be as proactive as these folks. I have to give them a huge compliment.

Their service was incredibly enthusiastic and thorough; they were so kind, proactive in helping with directions and luggage, and really efficient and thoughtful. They patiently answered all our questions throughout our stay, demonstrating true professionalism. Their meticulous and heartwarming service made us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also directly opposite International Trade City districts 1 and 2. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, no doubt about it, but there are quite a few flaws in its maintenance: 1. A previous guest's chewing gum (Pic 1); 2. Reused slippers (Pics 2, 3); 3. An electric window that wouldn't close (Pic 4); 4. A showerhead that sprayed water unevenly (Pic 5); 5. A dead electronic scale with a previous guest's toe prints (Pic 6); 6. A used bath bomb wrapper from a guest long ago stuck to the back of the tub (Pic 7); 7. An unidentified black object under the bedsheet (Pic 8); 9. A chipped corner on the bathroom mirror (Pic 9). I didn't mention the issues that didn't affect my stay, but all the ones that did were resolved. Now, a few service issues: 1. There were 4 people at 2 front desk computers (Pic 10, another person arrived later), and only one line was open during check-in, even with a queue forming; 2. At 11 PM that night, I discovered the TV had no internet and the AC wasn't cooling. I called 7 times with no answer. Finally, I had to call Trip.com. All problems were resolved within half an hour, and I received compensation. Thumbs up to Trip.com customer service – glad I chose them. The hotel also provided some snacks as compensation. I hope these same issues won't happen again.

This time, I specifically booked a six-day continuous stay, and even after just a few days, the experience left me feeling incredibly warm and pleasantly surprised. It really solidified why I repeatedly choose this hotel and enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family.
I'm from Guangdong, and a daily tea-drinking ritual is deeply ingrained in my life – it's an indispensable part of my routine. Having stayed at the Global Hotel for years, I was genuinely touched to find that the staff had subtly remembered my preference and taken even the smallest details to heart. At other hotels, I'd always have to proactively request bottled water every day, which was not only inconvenient but also interrupted my leisurely tea-making. However, upon opening the door to Room 1288 this time, I was immediately moved.
The staff, knowing about my six-day stay, had pre-stocked the room with an ample supply of bottled water, perfectly meeting all my tea-making needs for the entire duration. I didn't have to remind anyone daily or repeatedly contact the front desk for refills, completely eliminating all cumbersome communication. This proactive anticipation and thoughtful, pre-emptive service truly resonated with me. Hotel service here isn't about rigid, standardized procedures; it's about genuinely remembering the habits of each regular guest and tailoring details to their actual needs, making me, a traveler on the go, feel truly warm and valued.
Throughout my entire stay, the hotel's service was consistently meticulous and perfectly balanced. The staff were gentle, polite, and responsive, offering service that was proactive yet unobtrusive, thoughtful yet not intrusive – they perfectly understood the nuances of good service. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortably arranged, and the environment was quiet and relaxing, providing me with a peaceful sanctuary to unwind amidst my busy schedule. Every day's living experience was comfortable and pleasant.
What truly struck me is that genuine good service is never about temporary pandering; it's about a long-term commitment to care. The Global Hotel doesn't just offer superficial service; they meticulously refine details and cultivate warmth. They remember regulars' preferences, anticipate guests' needs, and prepare in advance, using proactive, heartwarming service to alleviate the fatigue and inconveniences of travel.
It's precisely this exceptional attention to detail and sincerity that makes me trust this hotel implicitly. During my stay, a friend visited me, and I didn't hesitate for a second to recommend the Yiwu Global Hotel to them. In my opinion, hotels with adequate hardware are commonplace, but a warm hotel that genuinely cares to remember its guests, understands empathy, and warms guests with thoughtful details is truly a rare and precious find.
