GGuest UserThe room was nice and very clean, but the TV couldn't screen mirror, so it felt a bit lacking in smart features. The three meals overall were decent, with a good variety of ingredients, not just an afterthought. Here are a couple of things that weren't great about the dining experience:
1. The BBQ area was a pretty bad experience. A large group of people were queuing, and by the time it was your turn, the food might be gone – and this wasn't even a holiday! The chef was grilling on-site, and perhaps due to the heavy workload with so many people, he constantly had a sour expression.
2. I asked the lady at the noodle station three times if there were any more chicken feet next to her, and she just ignored me! *Sigh*.

GGuest UserMy first stay here exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with good ventilation and plenty of natural light. The toiletries were comprehensive and high-quality, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful rest. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, always quick to help with any issues. The hotel's location is convenient for transport, making dining and getting around easy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of this hotel and it's definitely a reliable place I'd rebook.

The staff here are truly exceptional- with genuine smiles and attentive service that makes you feel wonderfully warm and welcoming. The front desk girls, in particular, stand out: professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything, whether it’s travel advice, a quick check-in, or simply making you feel welcome at each encounter.
A special thank you to Cici for arranging a car and helping me with my luggage today- your thoughtful assistance was greatly appreciated and made my travel so much easier.
The location is ideal: directly opposite Binwang Market for late-night snacks, and just a short 15–20 minute ride to the railway station, which I’ve used often for travel. Yiwu, and indeed all of China, feels safe at any hour, day or night, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel goes above and beyond with its hospitality: I was upgraded to a better room, given free coffee vouchers, and even a small bag of goodies to enjoy at the airport (incase I get hungry)- such a cute and thoughtful touch.
If you’re visiting, this hotel has an exceptional service, warm hospitality, and very convenience location. One small suggestion: it would be wonderful if the bathroom lighting were a bit brighter, especially for ladies doing their makeup. Otherwise, the hotel offers a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

GGuest UserI have to commend the hotel staff for their exceptionally warm and friendly service. They greeted us as soon as we walked in, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient. When we checked out, they patiently helped us store our luggage. If we had any questions about the hotel, they'd explain everything thoroughly and patiently. They were quick to respond to all our requests, making our stay very attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, with fresh, delicious food and clean, hygienic ingredients. The hotel's breakfast is truly outstanding; every morning we left feeling completely satisfied, with plenty of fruits and drinks available. The front desk can also assist with mailing packages, and they even have a guide map for the nearby shopping mall. The staff will patiently explain which areas are best to visit.

GGuest UserI used to stay at the Kaiyuan International Hotel, always booking rooms facing the residential buildings. This time, I opted for a riverside room, and the view was absolutely stunning! The room layout was also different. In the past, I'd always sleep through breakfast, but this time, because my schedule required an early start, I finally got to try it, and it was genuinely good. There was such a wide variety; I was spoilt for choice and wanted to try everything.

The lobby is elegant, the room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and professional, providing thoughtful service. As a long-term cooperation customer, I have stayed in various hotels many times, but this short stay experience made me truly feel the high-quality service of the hotel, which is meticulous and people-oriented. The thoughtful service details completely impressed me, and I must carefully share this wonderful stay experience.
I am a foreigner, and my eating habits are different from those of the local people. When I sorted out my food on the night of my arrival, I found that I didn't have any table salt, so I couldn't season my simple meals, which caused some inconvenience. I originally only had a try-it-out attitude and asked the hotel staff for a small request for salt, without having too high expectations, after all, this is a very trivial matter and does not belong to the regular room service of the hotel.
What surprised me the most was that after receiving my request, the staff did not hesitate at all, did not make any excuses, was gentle and patient, recorded my request at the first time, and told me that they would prepare it for me immediately. I thought I would have to wait for a long time, or even have to go downstairs to pick it up myself, but I didn't expect the staff to be very efficient, quickly went to the hotel restaurant, carefully prepared clean and hygienic table salt, the whole process was efficient and meticulous.
In just a few minutes, the staff delivered the items to the door of my room without any damage, and solved my urgent problem in time. The whole process was efficient and neat, the service attitude was sincere and enthusiastic, there was no hint of perfunctoriness, and the whole process was patient and meticulous, fully taking care of my living habits and accommodation needs.
What moved me the most is that the hotel service is not just a standardized process, but truly think from the guest's point of view and pay attention to the differentiated life needs of foreign guests. For such a trivial matter, the staff still took it seriously and did their best, using subtle actions to dispel the strangeness and inconvenience of traveling to a different place. The meticulous service made me feel full of warmth and security when I was working in a foreign country.
I have stayed in many hotels, most of which can only provide basic standardized services, but Yiwu Global Hotel truly provides services with warmth and details with texture. It does not ignore any small demand, does not deal with any guest's request in a perfunctory manner, responds efficiently and puts it into practice with care, and perfectly interprets the service standard of a high-end hotel.
As an agreement customer of long-term cooperation, this experience makes me more recognized of the service quality of the hotel. Professional, attentive, efficient, and meticulous, this is my most sincere evaluation of this hotel. When I come to Yiwu for business in the future, I will still choose Yiwu Global Hotel as my first choice, and I will also actively recommend this treasure hotel to my foreign friends and business partners. I had another wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night and went to reception, where Felix assisted me. He handled everything smoothly and made the process completely effortless.
On my departure day, I realised I had left my room card and phone charger in the room after checking out. I went back to reception, and once again Felix was there to help. Without hesitation, he made me a new key card so I could go straight up and retrieve my belongings immediately. His quick thinking and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a non-issue.
Felix truly embodies what great hospitality looks like – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The hotel is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be returning.
