Yesterday's breakfast was disappointing, so I went back down at 9 AM today for breakfast. I was hoping for some traditional breakfast steamed buns (baozi). There was still an hour left until closing, and I asked the chef if there were any buns. I saw two large steamers, one with five or six plain steamed buns, and the other remained covered. The chef replied that they were all gone. Well, there was nothing I could do, so I ate some other things, which I didn't particularly enjoy, and had a coffee. I thought I'd check again for buns on my way out. Forty minutes later, it was still the same. So I called over what I assume was the floor manager, dressed in black. I told him I'd waited forty minutes for buns and hadn't gotten any. The manager asked the chef, who said no. Then, after seeing me leave, he made a phone call and said there were still some downstairs and that if I wanted them, someone would bring them up later. This is truly laughable. It's a five-star hotel, and I paid for my breakfast, but I don't even deserve a steamed bun? I think if I were the floor manager, I would have apologized first. Then, regardless of whether the guest had eaten their fill or not, I would have asked for their room number and personally brought a few buns to their room later, perhaps even with some drinks and fruit. I believe that kind of service is what truly befits a qualified five-star hotel.

Staying at K Hotel by Kaicheng for sourcing in Yiwu was a delightful surprise! The 22nd-floor 'cloud' lobby offers an amazing view. The entire room is equipped with smart voice control, and it's spacious and clean, with a comfortable wet and dry separation bathroom. It comes with free parking, including EV charging spots, which is super convenient for self-driving. Downstairs, there's a commercial area, and it's only a ten-minute drive to Santing Road Night Market and the International Trade City. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. The overall value for money for accommodation and travel is excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Traveling with three friends for a weekend getaway in Yiwu, we chose this hotel for its excellent location. It's just a skywalk away from the popular Santing Road Night Market, and it's also convenient to hail a taxi to other places. While the hotel facilities aren't brand new, they are all very clean. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming; when we almost walked into the coffee shop next door during check-in, a staff member immediately came out to greet us. After we checked in, she kindly escorted us to the elevator. The breakfast largely featured Halal cuisine, which wasn't quite what my Chinese palate is used to. I did find some dishes I could enjoy, and they all tasted great!

Everything about this hotel was great, especially its location. It's very close to the International Trade City, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation and a street full of restaurants, offering everything you could want. It saves time and effort for sightseeing and getting around. What really stood out was the front desk service – it was efficient and straightforward. They were incredibly patient and responsive to all requests, providing thoughtful and thorough service. The value for money is exceptional, costing only a few hundred yuan, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. There were many options, including hot dishes, steamed buns, multi-grain porridge, freshly made noodles, fresh fruit, yogurt, and drinks – all complete and with very fresh ingredients. The flavors were definitely on point. The lobby environment, with its coffee shop vibe, was also very inviting. It's very convenient for business trips. I stayed here for two days and had a great experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience! They really paid attention to the little details when traveling with kids. First off, when checking in, they noticed I had a child. Even though the booking was for two breakfasts, they proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. Before, I've often had to pay a small extra fee, but my child never eats much, so sometimes we'd just eat out. This thoughtfulness truly showed they understand the needs of families with children. Also, the bedding felt great—pure cotton and quite thick, and there were six pillows! The quality for the price was excellent. The decor was also lovely. A suggestion: it would be helpful to have a sign or tip at the entrance for taxis. It's best to set the GPS location to a specific securities entrance because the main hotel entrance has a fence, and drivers stay on the main road and can't get through. The first time I ordered a taxi, I waited 7-8 minutes, and when the driver arrived, they didn't know or didn't go to the front intersection to wait for us and just canceled, which wasted a lot of time.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and comfortable. Environment: Great. Service: Superb! My period came unexpectedly, and I contacted the front desk. Thanks for sending sanitary pads to help me out. They also upgraded the washing machines to automatic ones, so no need to pour in detergent anymore. The dryer was powerful too.

Check-in was super fast, and the room had no strange smells. All the facilities worked perfectly, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. It was really convenient for getting around for business. I felt very secure staying here, truly a top-notch hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and all the staff were very polite. The concierge communicated smoothly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get some great rest. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay.

Great location and a brand new hotel with modern facilities. All the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to our every need. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Xinguanghui shopping mall, making dining very easy. It's also within walking distance to the District 1 of the Trade City. Getting a taxi was also very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!

Cost and benefit is exceptional! Very nice staffs, most of guests are Korean hahaha they have Shin ramyeon for free in the breakfast.

This means every guest who visits can enjoy a unique, specially crafted tea. After learning this detail, curiosity led me to extend my stay for a few more days, and I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's dedication. On Monday, I tried the pineapple iced tea – a single sip delivered the crispness of pineapple and the sweetness of preserved plum; it was absolutely divine. I won't go into detail about the other varieties, but there were seven distinct flavors over seven days, balancing hot and cold, sweet and savory, to cater to different seasons and guests of all ages. During hot summer days, they feature refreshing and detoxifying iced fruit teas, while on rainy days, they offer warm, stomach-soothing hot brewed teas. Even the fruit used in the ingredients is freshly sourced daily, rejecting concentrated syrups, ensuring every sip delivers genuine fresh fruit aroma. Many hotels treat welcome drinks as a perfunctory, standard service, believing that simply providing water is sufficient. Few are willing to invest the time, effort, and cost to constantly change their recipes daily. However, this hotel goes above and beyond in such a seemingly minor detail. There's no forced consumption or marketing gimmicks; it's simply their desire for every guest, each day they arrive and depart, to experience a small sense of freshness and ceremony. For business travelers constantly on the move, a different fresh fruit tea each day can alleviate travel fatigue and reduce the feeling of unfamiliarity in a new place. It's not just the lobby tea that's thoughtfully prepared; you can feel the same meticulous approach in the in-room amenities and staff service. The seven-day rotating fruit tea, while seemingly a small gesture, reflects the hotel management's core philosophy of truly prioritizing the guest experience: not cutting corners on any detail, not neglecting any guest, and transforming ordinary basic services into something fresh and delightful. Standardized service is common, but hotels willing to continually refine subtle details and proactively create small surprises are rare. A daily changing fresh fruit tea, though inexpensive and not large in quantity, is packed with genuine sincerity. In the future, every time I visit Yiwu, I will definitely choose this hidden gem of a hotel. I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling or on business here. Seeing true care in the little things – that, perhaps, is the most moving aspect of a good hotel.
