Do NOT stay in room 141 -- maintenance tried to cover the bathroom's black mold on the ceiling with more paint. We did not find the mold until the morning when we went to take showers, it makes me wonder if the entire hotel doesn't have mold everywhere. Upon check-out, I told the woman working the front desk and she stated she did not have the authority to do anything to call Jeff, the GM, in the morning. Upon calling Jeff today, he said he would go check the room out this morning and get back with me -- I called him at 8:18am and it is now 4:28pm and have yet to hear from him. I sent him an email just a few minutes ago and am waiting to see if he replies. I also attached the photos I'm sharing here. Jeff asked me what type of compensation I would like and I told him at least half of the room rate back since we slept there. Now, for his lack of professionalism, his lack of urgency, his lack of resolution, the disregard for my concern, and the risk to our health I would like the complete room refunded.
