I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location, just a one-minute walk from the old bridge and by the river. The hotel room windows face the river view. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is also great.

The room is spacious and the furniture is beautiful.
Professional and personal service. It was the hotel's 10th anniversary, so there were snacks, fruits and champagne for free.

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

The best location in Florence, with bridges and water features outside the window, almost all attractions are within walking distance, first-class service, several famous attractions are within 10 minutes walk, highly recommended

Portrait Firenze is truly one of the best boutique hotel experiences myself and my family have ever had. The staff is beyond generous, organized and their attention to detail is impeccable. The property itself is stunning--we were quite generously upgraded to a suite free of charge where they set up an entire space for our young children (complete with a tent, teddy bears and treats), and the suite accommodated all our needs and then some. The location is exceptional, being just teps from the Ponte Vecchio and a short walk to all the major Florentine must-sees--Uffizi, Palazzo Pitti, Duomo, Accademia. I cannot rave about this property enough and we will most definitely be returning. It is an absolute gem of a hotel and we all miss it already! We would give this property 10 stars if we could!
