The breakfast was really good with a lot of different food, there was yogurt and fruit, cereal, milk, orange juice, croissants, eggs, toast cheese. The place was spotless and right next to the train. We walk to the heart of Florence, which was right around the corner. The host was professional and friendly. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet in the building. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The room with spacious and very very clean.

Wonderful experience. Would definitely come back again. Although, there was no one at the property, all questions were promptly answered on WhatsApp. Location is absolutely perfect for families, just 2 stops from the Unita. Recommendations for Pizzeria, Restaurants etc were spot on. Rooms were very quiet and cleaned thoroughly every single day. Access to kitchen made the stay even better. Definitely recommend.

Very quiet room, well-kept and clean rooms, kindness of the owner. It is located two tram stops from the center, which is very convenient for getting around. Breakfast with fresh brioches every day, all very good!

Location was perfect. Right next to the public transport and train station. Everything was really clean, host was very kind. Breakfast is good. Only small problem was our rooms air conditioning was a little weak there was a fan to help but did not cut it in the heat wave season. But any other time it is probably the best b&b experience in Firenze

Excellent stay! Our host was great and accommodating. Location is close all the landmarks and just a short 10 minutes walk to the station. Will definitely stay here if we’re back again in Firenze.

We had a great time! Room and bathroom always clean, spacious and super comfortable bed. Friendly staff and the fact that even without paying for breakfast you can drink coffee in the morning and use the kitchen if you have food in the evening or for lunch is convenient. Super satisfied

Really well located B&B, very close to the center of Florence, reach them on foot in 10 minutes, for those who do not like walking there is the tramway under the door. The rooms are welcoming and spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast, prepared by the owner, perfect hostess.
