住宿非常好，房間超好超大貴在高達6米左右豁達，衞生間大到…享受😜，地理位置不錯，離老橋近，去哪兒步行OK😃，早餐一般但體驗了三個不同風格的服務人員的“辛苦”哈哈哈，一個會中文的女孩必須點贊做事細緻認真且美麗😍一個紳士大男孩值得一讚樂觀風雅且周到😎另一個連毛鬍子眼鏡男嗨不説也罷看着煩…

+ Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence Les moins Il ne s'agit pas d'un palazzio en entier mais SEULEMENT de 8 chambres au 1er étage d'un palazzio Nous avions pris une junior suite la N°2 de 54 M2 pour 4 nuits (superbe avec fresques et plafonds à 5 ou 6 m de hauteur) mais...elle donne sur la rue (bruyante surtout le soir car bars et restaus à coté donc voitures/scooters/musique tard et cris avinés...). Nous avons demandé à changer...demande restée lettre morte. Suite mal isolée aussi phoniquement coté couloir : vous avez l'impression que les gens traversent votre chambre s'ils parlent, chambre apparemment communicante donc vous entendez les voisins, musique trop forte dans le couloir Au final magnifiquement déçus un paradoxe ou un oxymore c'est selon

One of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had, unfortunately. While the location was terrific, this was hardly a "luxury" hotel. They were understaffed, resulting in piles of dishes on tables in the breakfast room, with one staff person running from the reception desk to breakfast to serve people. The website promises a free Florence museum pass if you stay three nights, but the hotel denied that to us when we checked in, saying it was in our email confirmation that we couldn't have it (that was completely false). We used the "one day" laundry service for clothes that weren't received for 3 days, resulting in us cancelling a day trip elsewhere since the hotel required that we go back to their hotel for our clean laundry rather than them delivering it us. The room was large but ill-equipped with things like luggage stands. Locals had a nightly fire in their fire pit, which blew plumes of smoke into our room for two nights. We left there with weird welts on our arms and legs-- bed bugs?? Do NOT stay in this place. The staff is completely uninterested in service and couldn't have been less helpful. And the price didn't at all justify the room, service, or paltry breakfast.

Très bel hôtel dans un ancien palais. Junior suite vaste. L'accueil est agréable bien que nous ayons dû attendre un certain temps pour le check-in car il n'y a pas quelqu'un en permanence à la réception. Très bonne literie, emplacement calme. Pas de machine à café ou bouilloire dans la chambre mais café, thé à discrétion toute la journée dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Emplacement à distance de marche de tous les lieux à visiter.

O hotel é bonito e exclusivo, com apenas 8 apartamentos, a suite onde ficamos é ampla e bem decorada, mas a manutenção deixa a desejar. Dormimos duas noites com cheiro de esgoto saindo pelo banheiro, que na chegada foi mascarado com muito desinfetante. O odor subia pelo ralo do chuveiro e tornava o ambiente insuportável. Abrimos as janelas para amenizar, mas estava bem frio. Isso causou uma péssima impressão no conjunto da hospedagem. O valor cobrado pelo estacionamento também não é claro. Tanto aqui no ******* quanto no site no hotel consta €30,00 por noite e nos cobraram €40,00 com a justificativa do tamanho do veículo.
