La camera era secondo le aspettative ma il bagno assolutamente inadeguato ad un hotel 3 stelle (piccolo, con sanitari rotti e box boccia molto sporco e pieno di muffa). Colazione non inclusa e al costo di 8 euro non ti danno neanche una brioche fresca, tutto confezionato.

La proprietaire n'est vraiment pas accueillante. Elle est bête et donne les règles immédiantement en antrant dans l'hotel nous disant que si nous sortons après 21h nous ne pourrons pas rentré dans l'hotel.... hello, nous sommes en vacances à Florence!! Il y a AUCUN déjeuner, ils servent des trucs sucré comme dans des sac de papier JoLouis. Les serviettes de salle de bain, c'est comme des rideaux. C'est notre compagnie de voyage qui a booké avec le Leopolda, autrement, je ne serais jamais allé là. Bien situé à 18 minutes à pied du train. Ils refusent aussi de nous accommoder pour appeler un taxi. Il prennent cash seulement. Ne veulent rien savoir des cartes de crédits.

Rude host, 1 coffee in the morning, no change of towels and now in response to my friends review they are also liars. We are not party going kids, we did not leave food all over the floor or poop in the toilet, this place is a joke. Stay elsewhere, Florence is beautiful, don't let a rotten hotel ruin it

Terrible location,rough area owners are rude 1 towel each for 3 nights and not changed. Breakfast is nominal no fruit and only allowed 1 coffee Got there early knew we couldn’t get into our room till three but asked them if we could rest a bit and use a bathroom but no was there answer wouldn't even let us use a bathroom Stay away from this place at all costs What a dump All our other hotels in Italy were great same star rating

Booked the superior deluxe room and paid 640 for 3 nights plus 36 eu tax no breakfast. Room was nothing like superior let alone deluxe. I asked if it was what i booked the answer was of course! Just a normal economy room with a shower.No refrigerator in room but I asked for a kettle for hot water(providing my own coffee sachets)and it was provided. Soap in room is just 3 sachets of "shampoo" .Towels were clean although very thin and hot water was very good. Pillows were so flat had to double them up .When asked for another pillow, manager said we don't have extra. A/c in room gets closed off or up to a certain temperature and when I asked not to switch off manager said they regulate the temperature themselves. It was 38 ° that weekend. People said you're not allowed to use the lift but we did and the owners didn't say anything. You don't always get what you pay for .

Buona posizione, poco fuori dal centro a 15 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Servizio sufficiente, camere basilari, con difetto delle pareti non insonorizzate. Letti non scomodissimi, ma personale pronto a raccogliere le esigenze (2 letti singoli)

We stayed in February. Terrible accommodation... only wife and husband work with a dog where we also found his feces in front of our door. Poor breakfast without even croissants, burnt cappuccino because they used the same pods for 10 cappuccinos, without even a variety of choices. Mediocre rooms. Rude staff!
