It was so romantic! The Inn was so cute, the room was comfortable and romantic. Balcony with gorgeous view, fireplace and the robes were my favorite! Thank you so much it was a wonderful experience

We rented Water's Edge Inn for our daughter's wedding guests. From our arrival to our departure, the staff was gracious and accommodating. The Inn was well appointed, beds very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and HH was timed to accommodate our group. The location is beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend Water's Edge! We will be back.

I was greeted and treated beautifully. The property was gorgeous. My room was exquisitely comfortable. The location is beautiful which made my next morning walk delightful: wove in and out of the streets with the lovely Folly Island homes, and then down to the beach for a short walk. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for this wonderful Southern hospitality.

We had such a wonderful time. Went for three nights for our 18th wedding Anniversary. The happy hour is fabulous the breakfast is really good as well. The bed could’ve been better, that’s the only criticism I have about this place. It’s just a wonderful place to go and relax. The staff was wonderful. Thank you so much we will be back in the summer.

Everything was great! Only negative is we did not know about hot tub and in room jetted tub. Walking back it was a bit dark and no side walks. Cars drive fast and don’t yield to pedestrians until you get to the library on Center Street.

This Inn is over-rated. We stayed in the Regatta room and froze. We let the evening staff person know right away. We slept in as warm clothes and felt.like we were camping. The fitted sheet needs to be replaced as it kept coming off the bed. We.let.the morni g staff person know and it wasn't until the next evening person arrived that it was rectified. As mentioned in other reviews, indivodual rooms have no in room control. The evening staff person told us the temperature had been set to 64 degrees. The shower curtain liner was filthy and needed to be washed or pitched. I mentioned this the second morning, but nothing was done. The breakfast was okay, but usually not warm enough. The happy hour was nice. Lots of stairs! Even if you have a ground floor.room, you have to hike up many steps to breakfast, check in, etc.

A hidden gem on Folly Beach! Great location, great atmosphere, and super attentive staff. Only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer.
