Nice atencion owner and good price I do recommend.

The area around the properties entrances are surrounded by trash, unkept landscaping, and buildings that look abandoned. The hotel room windows looked dark and old. Then When we arrived at check in, circled the property, there was not one car on the property. The surroundings were so bad we decided not to stay at the hotel!!!!! We felt uncomfortable. We contacted ******* who says they contacted the hotel and were refused a refund!! Also the pictures of the hotel itself did not look like online. We support small businesses but more accurate pictures of the property and its surrounding should be taken, to help customers make an informed decision. I still want a refund!!!

The property has recently been renovated. The bed was really nice and I had good night sleep. Reception was very helpful and arranged for us to park at another hotel near the stadium. Thank you so much!

Well first I had trouble finding it, you had to go to the other side of the road, my GPS kept bringing me to the front of it and it was closed off. 2nd I arrived and checked it, they are still building the location so the place is still being renovated. Third, when I got into the room, the phones did not work and the TV did not work properly, they were still putting in Spectrum. And the elevator did not work, you could look down the shaft to see the elevator shaft (they had it blocked off but that was an issue). The breakfast was waffles that you had to make, small muffins and orange juice that they went and bought from the store. The internet was fast after making a few trip to get the right password. But they tried, you get what you pay for, once they get all the issues worked out, I think it is a nice place.

The day desk girl was more concerned with her phone than patrons needs. Multiple families living in the hotel, several children running the halls and parking lot nightly. Breakfast bar dirty and unstocked after the kids eat prior to school. Screaming baby nightly along with the train running by nightly about 50 feet from the motel horn blowing as it passes, trash sitting for days. It was also a little unnerving that the front desk was enclosed with bulletproof glass also the street into the property has more pot holes that the moon. The room was clean and comfortable, the maids were great, the phone didn’t work.

No remote for the TV. No coffee maker. I called the front desk 3 times but no one answered, so I finally gave up. Paint had been dripped all over the floor, even by the bed. They should fire their painter. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
