Beautiful hotel. Worst service. Told we could check in early, was called to say our room was ready when it wasn’t and didn’t check in until well after regular check in. Gate to exit garage was broken trapping many cars in the garage and we were told to call the City since they had jurisdiction over the parking garage. Call the City on a SATURDAY!! Not to mention the big Edison parade closed down all street around the hotel and left no access to the hotel other than by foot. The Luminary made no effort to create access to the hotel. They told us to park in a Pubkx parking lot a mile away. We walked 8 blocks to get to an Uber while our car sat stuck in the garage at $1/ hour all weekend. We had two rooms and paid a premium for them and we’ve never been so disappointed especially as Marriot Bonvoy members!
