When I booked the room I asked for an accessible shower meaning one that was flat with the floor. We got an accessible room with a tub/shower with a support bar. I decided to do with it for 2 nights. Later that night I realizes that our King bed was a Queen. The normal information book that you find in a room did not exist. I went to the front desk and asked for a TV channel listing. The one that they gave me was off by 3 numbers on every channel. The next day we went out sight seeing and came back in the afternoon to find that our room had not been addressed by housekeeping. I talked to a housekeeper in the hall and was told that we were not on his list. He also said that they do not do housekeeping every day unless you requested it at the front desk. This was the first that I heard of this. I told the front desk clerk that we needed fresh bathroom linen. He said that he would leave a note for his relief who would be there in 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later I went to the front desk and the relief knew nothing about it. She did give me some fresh towels,, etc.
