The staff was friendly and helpful. There is some highway noise from the nearby I-69.

We had great customer service, room was cheap pric wise but of course tired but we didn’t have high expectations due to the price point. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, bananas, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, juice and tea or coffee, oatmeal and some small packaged sweets. This was also what we expected for the price point. The room was noisy from the nearby expressway. The room was comfortable and we slept and showered and ate so fulfilled what we needed. The surrounding area was was a odd location and well lit which helps with security.

Its an ok place to stay if you dont mind it being a tad run down. It was as clean as it could be but still looked dirty. Staff was friendly.

Cold night in Ft Wayne. Heat was off, room around 45 degrees, heater never could catch up and room was cold most of the night.
