Communications in English was extremely challenging at times. However, with assistance with train tickets, Transport, on our final day from 'Superman' known as Thomas Timothy, he arranged for our lunch, transport to station and on time to catch our train to Hong Kong and then have some gifts delivered all made possible with the exceptional and outstanding assistance of Thomas. It's amazing how individuals can make such a difference to guest's stay experience. A shout out to new employee in the lobby; Season, who went out of his way to assist with transport on our first morning. The room was amazing, with a super modern bathroom and motorised screen and blinds at the huge window. A comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep both nights. We would definitely stay there again.

A really nice hotel, nearby local amenities, I went there for a football trip with friends, the rooms are large and spacious, clean, I was impressed, the kitsch for breakfast was really good, fresh and hot food, and the staff were prompt when I needed new towels after my game. Overall a really good experience and a cool view from the 36 floor !!!

In January, the temperature was over 10 degrees. There was no air conditioning in the room. I blew cold air all night. I asked the front desk to deal with it for an hour but it didn't work. Finally, I couldn't stand it and went to sleep. At 12 o'clock, they knocked on the door and said it would take another 20 minutes to supply air. I was speechless. The swimming pool didn't have the most basic towels, bathrobes, or slippers. The bathroom was moldy and stained, and the men's bathroom was full of urine. The quality was really too low.

The hotel is very close to the concert, a 15-minute walk away. There is free parking, but you need to inform the license plate in advance every time you drive out. The temperature has dropped a bit recently, and the hotel is considering turning on the heating, but the front desk said that many guests reported that it was stuffy. After turning it off, I personally felt cold. It would be better if there was a heater. The overall stay was good, and I will choose to stay next time! On the last day, I ordered a special cocktail in the lounge bar, which was also very good

The hotel has convenient parking. Miya at the front desk provides good service. She provides water when checking in and escorts to the elevator. The room is clean and quiet. The soundproofing of the room is good and does not affect sleep. Full marks for service

I booked this hotel by chance. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration style is simple and generous. The front desk staff Miya and Pluto provide good service. They are polite and good in all aspects. I have always chosen this hotel. It would be better if the room had a Bluetooth speaker. I recommend it.

At the same time, all the hotels in Shishan are old hotels at this price, so if you want to choose a hotel for a business trip, you can go directly to Wyndham!

The front desk is on the 6th floor. I was a little confused at first because I didn't see the guide in the building lobby, but the service attitude of Miya and Pluto at the front desk was very good. They upgraded the room type. The room is also very large and clean. The floor-to-ceiling window has a wide view. The facilities are also complete. The breakfast products are also very good. The shopping mall below is not very busy, but it is convenient to have a supermarket. If I go to Shishan next time, this place will be my first choice 😁

Very bad, the hygiene condition is unimaginable, there is a pile of hair and washing garbage in the bathroom, it is really disgusting, I called to report it and waited for half an hour but no one dealt with it. I called again and again to arrange a cleaning lady to come and clean. It seemed that she wanted me to continue staying after cleaning. After repeated insistence, the manager was called to change my room. It was not until a little later that it was over. The hygiene is too bad, and the service concept is also very poor. It is not comparable to a star hotel at all, and is worse than a chain hotel. The breakfast is also pitiful. In short, I will not stay here again

Generally speaking, it is OK. The star hotel standard is barely up to standard. I booked a lake view room on Ctrip, but I didn't see the lake. The swimming pool has a shower room but no towels. The locker room smells like excrement, and there is a broken glass hanging above the head. It doesn't look like a five-star hotel at all. The sink in the room has been leaking water. When I found it, a large area was wet. The elevator was broken when I checked in. The hotel management is quite chaotic, and there is a lack of communication between the service staff. In fact, according to the five-star standard, they should communicate with customers before checking in, but your hotel did not. Fortunately, the hotel service staff is very polite, and the replies and greetings make me feel comfortable. The hotel's restaurant is the only highlight, and the decoration is in line with my aesthetics. The buffet dinner has a general variety of dishes, but fortunately it is delicious. But there is basically nothing to eat for the buffet breakfast. I ate some bread and eggs and left in a hurry. If your hotel is willing to improve, I should choose to stay next time I go to Nanhai District.
