I have always liked this hotel. I always stay here when I go on business trips. I have stayed here more than 10 times. But this time I was really disappointed. I was sitting on the bed playing with my phone, and suddenly a big cockroach crawled out from under the bed. It was so disgusting. It was not a small one, but a big one. Has the hygiene become so bad now?

The room is very spacious and comfortable, about 40 square meters. I always stay here when I go to Foshan. It is very convenient to go to Shunde by Foshan Line 3 downstairs, and the transfer is fast. It only takes me half an hour to get to the hotel from Guangzhou South Station. The most important thing is that there are very few people in Foshan Metro, so you don't have to squeeze. There are many shopping malls and late-night snack shops around the hotel, and the products are great.

The hotel staff service is very good, the parking spaces are sufficient, the basic equipment is complete, the room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the food in the Chinese restaurant is also delicious. It is a very cost-effective hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Although it is not new, it is still well maintained. I like its bay window room type. It is big enough for sitting and reading, eating and drinking at night. There are many plants outside. It is very comfortable and the location is convenient.

The service is very good. There is a Hippo Fresh Supermarket and 2 shopping malls. It is very convenient and there are many places to eat. I recommend it.

I will never stay here again! I was quite satisfied with the hotel several times before! Maybe they changed the front desk! Slow response! Bad attitude! They gave me the worst room! The air conditioner vent had problems! It was so hot! The shower room leaked into the bathroom! I almost slipped when I went to the bathroom at night! There was no bathrobe! The breakfast was even worse! I had a glass of juice, which smelled sour and smelly, and I took some fried noodles, which were so hard that they almost broke my teeth!

When I first arrived at the hotel, the front desk asked how many people were staying. Since I booked two double rooms, I said four people would stay. The front desk said all four people would register. I said two people would come first, and the other two would register when they came later. The front desk receptionist glanced at my other two friends who came in with me and sat on the sofa next to me, and said in a very bad attitude: Even if you bring friends to see the room, you must all come to the front desk to register your ID number, otherwise you are not allowed to bring friends upstairs to see the room. It was the first time that the front desk staff spoke to guests like this when I stayed in a hotel. I was so angry that I was shaking and had an argument with the front desk. In the end, my friends took the initiative to go to the front desk to register their identity information and comforted me not to let these trivial matters affect my mood. But when my friend asked the front desk whether they had copied our identity information, the front desk said yes. My friend asked them to take out the copies and asked us to write on them that the copies were only for hotel use. The front desk was reluctant at first, saying that this was their job and they had signed a confidentiality agreement. But after our repeated requests, they were reluctant to give us the copies and signed a statement, and nagged us for doing it in vain. I angrily said: What kind of character are you? It's not written on your forehead, why should I trust you unconditionally. When I finally gave me the room card, the front desk staff who had argued with me suddenly said to me in a good manner: This is your room, I upgraded your room. At that time, I was a little surprised, and I felt a little guilty and regretted that my pattern was too small. But when I entered the hotel room, I found that this room had a musty smell, and the tabletop was covered with a thick layer of dust when I touched it lightly with my hand. If I guessed correctly, it was a room that had not been occupied for a long time. My friend also said that her room was the last room and she didn't want it. I was heartbroken and called the front desk. The front desk told me very strongly that the big bed rooms in this hotel were the last rooms. If there was a peculiar smell, I would come down to the front desk to change it myself. Although I got the last room in the end, at least the room didn't have such a strong musty and smelly smell. I thought it was only one night, so I just made do with it. But I didn't sleep well that night. Next time I go to Foshan, I will definitely not stay in this hotel. I'm asking for trouble because the front desk of this hotel is too arrogant. I can't afford to offend them, but I can afford to avoid them.
