The choices of food at the hotel breakfast were limited. Hotel location was good and convenient. Very close to the shopping malls.

Fantastic Stay at Pullman Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Hotel, and I can't rave enough about my experience! The friendly front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality when we arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. We had a minor issue with our initial room, but the team handled our request to change rooms immediately and gracefully. It was such a relief to have our concerns addressed so quickly! One of the standout moments was the band from the lobby, the singers were very welcoming. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. I can't wait to return!

As a five star hotel front desk staff service are bad,young are not train like five star hotel. Our rooms headboard is broken 😑. But few restaurant around this hotel excellent food.

Very clean and the room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast and buffet dinner had both a decent selection of food corresponding with the price. The staff was nice. The area itself doesn't offer much entertainment but it's not too far from more lively places. The service wasn't 5* tho(no bartender in the lobby bar, food at the buffets either took ages to be refilled or it wasn't refilled at all unless you asked for it). Overall not bad, a decent place to stay.

Just used the hotel as a base to sleep and have an evening swim. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, and there are plenty of really good restaurants nearby (towards Beijiao Park subway station). Recommended if you’ve got plans in the area.

After being thrown out of a hotel for being a foreigner, and the staff telling me that to my face… This hotel was beyond anything I could have dreamed! The attention to detail, the kindness, the quick check in. The room was beautiful with a bath enough towels to last me a year and it was a pleasant stay! I will surely return!

The hotel environment is great and the room is big. But I don't know if it's because the space is big, the air conditioning is not strong, it's a bit cold at night. Also, the faucet is often not turned off, which wastes a lot of water. The toilet is always dripping. Other things are good, the location is convenient, and it radiates all the places you want to go.

The hotel room is very big, with a large sofa, clean and hygienic, and feels comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and a bathtub, and the bed is comfortable. There are restaurants and shopping malls downstairs, and there is a night market in the evening. I will come back and stay here again.
