Amazing stay at this hotel. Really love the ambience friendliness of staff facilities and amenities they provide. They have a swimming pool on the ground floor as well. But parking isn't free and we weren't told about this. So if you consider parking overnight you have different options.

Rooms were good sized as we booked for family of 4. Has a small kitchenette which is great. Toilet was stinky even upon check-in that smelled like public toilet. Very obvious that house keeping doesn't mop the floor. Worst hotel experience due to this. Not acceptable. Coffee is never replenished at all. There were also dishes left outside the room door from previous guests that was not clean. Location is good if you are going to grottes de han.

Excellent location in the historical and touristic center of Han-Sur-Lesse. Modern hotel with nice rooms and a cozy bar and restaurant. Only downside was the big crowd at breakfast where it was looking for a free table.

Family room for 3 people. Very spacious room with 2 double beds, also facilities to cook something. Very clean, and also friendly staff. Was for us an ideal base for the region and certainly the Domain of the Caves of Han, this is less than a 10-minute walk away. There is also a parking lot under the hotel but it fills up quickly, nearby you can park for a fee on a square.

Hotel in an excellent location, close to the Han caves and with an indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, but leave much to be desired in terms of hygiene. Not all the staff are equally friendly either.

Good morning I personally find that the receptionist welcomed us but there is a lack of communication. Already for the parking spaces he does not know or guide us for certain locations. I wanted to go to your restaurant and he told me he didn't know. We had to ask about the swimming pool and breakfast even though it's a simple little explanation when the customer arrives. The receptionist in the morning is very shy if I don't say hello??? On the other hand, the place is very clean, the breakfast is great with the young man who is very professional, well received, polite and check if all the dishes are full. I wish you all the best, knowing that I will advise my acquaintances and myself to go to your place. Nice hotel with good facilities. The restaurant serves good food, but unfortunately the service was disappointing... it took half an hour before we could order, the aperitif was served together with the starter, dirty plates were not cleared... there was also an hour between starter and main course waiting time (while the restaurant was not full at all) and then after serving we had to go get cutlery ourselves so as not to have cold food. Fortunately, the staff was very friendly.
