The hairdryer in the room was terrible, and there was no full-length mirror. Overall, it was okay! I hope they replace the hairdryer with an ionic one and install a full-length mirror in the room. There was red wine in the room, and they even delivered fruit in the evening!

After looking at many hotels, I finally settled on this one. I was taking my family for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's location is excellent, with a mall right downstairs and plenty of places nearby for late-night snacks. Freya at the front desk was very enthusiastic and recommended some local old-school eateries, which my family and I tried and absolutely loved. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and the service was great. Thumbs up! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

There is no room at the store at 13 o'clock, and the room is not cleaned until 14 o'clock. This is normal during the Chinese New Year. But there is no welcome fruit redeemed by points. Even if there is no table and chair in the room (picture 2), takeaways can't be eaten, which is very inconvenient. Then the bathroom has the anti-odor of the sewer, plus the shower is extremely old and the hanging is unstable (picture 1), there is a tingling feeling and the water will spill into the whole bathroom, which is extremely difficult to use. The buffet breakfast on the first floor is nothing to eat. It is ordinary **. The next day I went to the more popular 2nd floor to drink tea. The taste was average and the service was chaotic. Because there were handwritten and computer entries for double-track operation, I often counted more money. Fortunately, I found it in time. The overall hotel is too old, the quality is poor, it is not recommended to stay

Overall, it's a good place, I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always choosing this hotel. It's clean and tidy. This time, it seemed a bit newer, I wonder if they've renovated. The breakfast tasted good too. The transportation is quite convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and fruit stalls downstairs. This time, we also biked for about ten minutes to the riverside where there are lots of fun things to do and places to eat. If you're not in a hurry, I highly recommend it. The crayfish downstairs are delicious; we ordered one portion and couldn't even finish it between the two of us. It tasted really great!

Lovely place we stayed in the Royal suite with lovely views and private unlimited access to the Hot spring. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. The reception staff helped us several times with recommending a restaurant having us dropped off and picked us up using their electric onsite bus. They also provided extra fresh fruit when we asked, which was lovely and sweet. I can't fault this hotel and the staff, I will definitely return in the future. Thanks.

Come back and check-in soon. I am the same as my family's room, but the toilet equipment is a bit different. When I entered the room, the smell of smoke was still heavy. There are skewers nearby at night, and there is a convenience store. It is very convenient.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Sheets and duvet covers were changed after each guest, with no odors or stains. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the toiletries were complete and of high quality. The bedding was the perfect firmness, making it very comfortable to sleep on. The room had good natural light and ventilation, and the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi were all excellent, with fast and smooth internet speeds. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, and the public areas are clean and tidy. It offers excellent value for money. This stay was particularly pleasant, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room is a little yellow duck theme room, very cute, bedding and toiletries are all little yellow duck ~ The scenery outside the terrace is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and the lake nearby. The room has a bathtub, and the terrace also has a balcony table and chairs. The service staff and cleaning staff are very polite. For dinner, just eat in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. Shunde tastes good, and you can use vouchers during the Qingming Festival. Breakfast options are all OK, and you can eat quite full. It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

What I didn't expect was a surprise. The sanitation and environment of the hotel are quite good. It is almost a 4-star standard in first- and second-tier cities. There are independent balconies and washing machines, as well as independent disinfection records, which is very good. This time I experienced the audio-visual room, it turned out to be a laser projection, and the movie that cooled all night caused me to sleep less, haha.
