It’s a lovely hotel very close to the central train station and a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Spacious room, friendly staff, clean place, elegant decoration. Happy stay.

The hotel is close to the central train station, but the environment outside the hotel is not very clean. The staff at the counter were good and the bedroom was old but not dirty. Yet the elevator was not working and the breakfast service was not available. Overall it’s convenient to access the transportation but the location can be better in terms of the cleanliness of the environment outside the hotel.

First stay room was nice, but second visit got a very hot and steamy room.

Aside from the advantage of being near the central station, I really don't want to go there again.😅

Please don’t choice this hotel,when I live this hotel didn’t have a hot water for show and I’m already 3 of time to asked the hotel and every time they tell about 30min until I’m checking out still didn’t have a water and then I’m go to ask the hotel to refund the money or give back to me a day for free and they ask me to come back after2 hours because the manager is not here now so after 2 hour when I gets back to the hotel they tell me the hotel after to shower last night how come you side no water to shower

I couldn't stand the lack of air conditioning, so I'd better get a nice big fan. It was so hot all night that I was tossing and turning like pancakes and couldn't sleep. The elevator was also out of order and I had to carry my luggage upstairs. In the morning, I asked the front desk to borrow a hot water kettle and said she didn't ask if she had hot water. She said this was not a restaurant. Bad review!

I had an 18-hour transit, so I stayed overnight and went sightseeing in Frankfurt. The location was great, within walking distance of the station and tourist sites. However, the road from the station to the hotel was a little scary at night because of the poor security. The room had a high ceiling and was spacious enough for an overnight stay. However, the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs, which was inconvenient. Also, the lights in the common hallway were turned on by a motion sensor only when I was walking, so it was pitch black, which was scary. Frankfurt is full of tourist sites and is only 30 minutes away from the airport, so I was able to enjoy my stay for one day.

The location is close to the Central Station and is only a 5-minute walk away. It is quite convenient. However, the hotel should have a history and is relatively old. However, the price is absolutely reasonable. There is quite a lot of noise outside the window. It is better to close the window, but the staff will help you if there is room available. They were willing to change rooms for me and the service was good. Due to the complex flow of people nearby, you can see people with strange behavior hanging around from time to time. They seem to be psychotics or mentally abnormal, so you need to be extra careful. However, it is generally not a problem if you don’t stay at night for activities. You can reach the must-visit Roman Forum in four stops. and the Main River, the transportation is very convenient.
