The breakfast buffet received praise for its variety and quality, along with positive remarks on the restaurant's ambiance and service. Guests also appreciated the comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and high-quality linens.

Definitely not five star, I would say 4 star is near. Hotel is little bit outdated - i mean paint for flaking etc. Check in process was very slow and the service was good, not excellent. In pool and pool bar service was very average. Bed was great and room too! Balcony was nice but dirty and no chairs or table, why? Garden and pool and the hall of hotel was very beautiful!

5 star hotel, I don't know how it can have so many. Reception staff not in uniform and insufficient. Very kitsch furnishings. Room with 3 beds with noisy and inefficient air conditioning. Curtains partly out of the rails with the risk that closing them would come down. Bathrooms not very clean, the glass of the tub with black mold! One of the beds with a mattress to throw away, the springs could be felt in the back. Breakfast and dinner buffet very messy and not of high quality, it was not refilled.

When I arrived I told myself that these 2 days would be magical, a beautiful swimming pool, a beautiful restaurant, a comfortable room. How disappointed I was to discover that the swimming pool, the restaurant and the bar would be closed due to a wedding. I find it dishonest not to have warned us before our arrival and moreover to have lied to us by saying that the facilities would be accessible until 3 p.m. which was not the case... no commercial gesture, a tourist tax of €10 per person, trays of food that remain in the corridors all day and night... the postcard is only idyllic in the first few minutes... I won't tell you to run away but just not to expect customer service worthy of the price of the establishment...

Recently built hotel on the outskirts of Joannina, with many rooms on two levels. The city is not within walking distance. It wants to be a boutique hotel, but we are in the Balkans and the result of the project is a structure in which you expect to attend a gypsy party, or a "Scarface-style" settling of scores. However, pleasant overall and the rooms are also of quality, even if very baroque. Nice bathrooms and good linen, with even a pillow menu. The only 4-star hotel we visited on our tour of Classical Greece.

Definitely the best hotel during the tour of Greece in terms of food. But the furniture is obscene, it seems like the one found in the villas of rich gypsies, full of gold and tackiness. However we ate and slept well and I recommend it, just to live an experience out of the ordinary hotel standard.

My recent stay at Hotel Epirus Palace was really disappointing. I expected a lot more from a supposedly top-notch hotel, but it fell far short. - SPA ISSUES Let's talk about the spa first. Most good hotels let you use the sauna for free after a workout, but not this one. They charge a big 20 euros per person each day, so it's 240 euros for two people for six days. It's not fair to make guests pay so much for basic stuff. Anyway, on my birthday, my friends surprised me with a jacuzzi session. But it turned out the hotel hadn't told me about it because they were waiting for the money to arrive in their bank account. My friends even showed them the payment proof, but the hotel still hesitated to confirm. They finally told me about the surprise just one day before we checked out, as that's when they got the money. So I had to change my plans quickly if I were to enjoy my birthday present. - ROOMS Now, onto the rooms. I stayed in one of their "comfort rooms," but there was nothing comfortable about it. The TV was tiny and outdated, the room felt old and there wasn't even a coffee machine, which you'd expect even in cheap places like Airbnbs. - BUSINESS CENTER Trying to get some work done was another headache. When I asked to use a meeting room for just two hours for a work call, they demanded a ridiculous 80 euros. It's clear they care more about squeezing money out of guests than providing good service. -BREAKFAST Breakfast was good, but the waiters were hardly around. I won't dwell on the first two days when the hotel was packed because of the bank holidays, but for the rest of our stay, the hotel was practically empty. So there's no reason the waiters should have been busy. I couldn't get anyone to bring me coffee unless I got up, searched for them, and asked. - STAFF The worst receptionist was the woman on the night shift. Every conversation with her seemed to go nowhere. She even bluntly stated that they were understaffed and couldn't accommodate my business needs. Then, on the third day, all the lights on my floor were off. When I politely informed her at the reception, she responded without even looking at me, "Yeah, we'll check it out." Another time, I asked the staff not to enter my room to change the sheets because I had my pet in the room and I didn't want anyone to frighten it. Instead of reassuring me, she remarked, "I hope your pet won't be noisy by barking." I have a cat. Later that night, a group of students checked into the hotel, and the noise they made all night was unbearable. - FINAL THOUGHTS Honestly, I have no idea who this hotel is meant for. It's far from anything interesting to do, and it's not suitable for business travelers either because of the lack of support and amenities. Overall, my experience at Hotel Epirus Palace was a total letdown. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your money for nothing in return. It was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
