The toilet seats are heated. and washing is unique and easy with warm water.I think they expect guest to sit down on the floor and bathe,They supply yugata for a couple and we wore it for dinner.

Quiet place, the food is OK, the hot spring is very good, the room facilities are a bit insufficient, there is not enough place to put things, there are no hooks, only hangers, there is no place to put cosmetics in the bathroom, only a small mirror cabinet to put things.

The room was not very functional and difficult to use. The wi-fi was weak. The bath is highly alkaline with a pH of 9, but it wasn't slimy and the ingredients seemed weak. It's a circulating bath. There was no chlorine smell. The food wasn't particularly tasty. The steak was not that great, and the only thing I could get was skewered fried food. The rice wasn't very tasty, so I had curry rice instead. It would have been better to eat something tasty outside.

First of all, the location is within a 10-minute walk from Lawson and Mars Wine, and the brochure said it was a 5-minute taxi ride from Isawa Onsen Station. I took the elevator, which was a bit bothersome because of the air freshener, and stayed in a Western-style twin room on the 4th floor. It was narrow and bright with white lighting, like a business hotel. The windows were partially covered with film instead of curtains, and from above you could see two large apartment buildings, and when you looked down you could see the cemetery over the parking lot. The TV and table? were small, there were almost no shelves or storage, and although the bathroom and toilet were separate, there was no plug on the sink, which made it a little difficult to use. The large, well-equipped public bath also had an open-air bath, but since it was on the 1st floor, the view was disappointing, and since it was close to the train tracks, the sound of the trains was surprisingly annoying. The next day's breakfast was a buffet, with a wide variety of small dishes, and I think they were well-thought-out, providing vinyl gloves and personal tongs to prevent infection. During this stay, which cost 12,840 yen for a room for two people including breakfast, the breakfast was actually better than the impression of the room, which I thought was understandable given the price.

Thank you for the other day. I would like to inform you of something that concerns me. I think that there is no need to assign staff to serve curry, rice, and miso soup in the cafeteria. I often stay at Itoen Hotel, and since you can adjust the amount of food you eat, you can eliminate food waste and free up staff to replenish the food. It's so hard that I feel sorry for them. My wife and I had trouble finding the elevator entrance many times. I think it would be better if they put tape on the floor to guide people to the elevator. When I asked a question, the thin elderly man at the front desk carefully looked it up and showed me on a map. His consideration for other customers, such as taking photos for them, was very touching. I respect your humanity and professional service.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff had stopped showing us to our rooms, but the hospitality was excellent when they showed us to the elevator and where the vending machines were. Also, the dinner was an all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of dishes including crab, sushi, and steak, so we were very satisfied with our stay.
