The hotel can’t see Mount Fuji but the view of Kawaguchiko lake is just so good. The breakfast provided is damm yummy, and a lot of choices. There is a traditional room of tatami style, is super comfortable. Just the only bad is the hotel location I felt like quite far from the station, and hard to get taxi during night time. The nearest restaurant from the hotel have some distance, I suggest to having dinner in the hotel will be more convenient.

Some corner has spider webs. But overall, amenities basic and good. Hot spring decent too. View from the hotel is lake and not mt Fuji. Place is old but well maintained, relatively clean. Transport is very convenient using a public bus

The hot springs are very good and have outdoor ones. There is a comic book library on the ground floor of the hotel, which guests can use for free. There are snacks and drinks in the hotel lobby for guests to enjoy. Overall clean, the dinner buffet offers different types of wine at no extra charge. The accommodation experience is very good, cost-effective, recommended.

Koryu is a historical ryokan, so it was perfect except that it was a bit far from the station. Among them, the hot springs and the view of Lake Kawaguchi in front of the accommodation were the best. We came back after hiking Mt. Fuji and took a hot spring bath in the morning and evening, and all of our travel fatigue was relieved! However, when I made a reservation on Trip.com, the room photo was posted incorrectly, so I stayed in a different room than the one I wanted. I think you should look at the room name and not the photo before making a reservation. I think it would be a good idea to make a reservation directly on the hotel homepage. Trip.com doesn't seem to be cheaper^^;;;

Very cost-effective. The receptionist was kind and you can pick up all kinds of snacks when you check in. The Japanese tatami room is simple, and the small coffee table by the window is great for drinking tea and viewing. Although you can't see Mount Fuji from any angle, we don't have to worry about this if we enjoy the sight at the Music Box Museum. The soup is good! If it's not a holiday, it's basically a private soup! The bus stop is at the door, and the transportation is still very convenient. If you walk along the trail, Funatsuhama is more lively. If you want to go out at night, please think carefully, there will be no buses around the lake after 6 o'clock.

The hotel is located not far from Kawaguchiko Station. But if you walk on foot, it still takes some time. Fortunately, the hotel also provides free shuttle service. If you arrive after 17:00, the tourist center is closed and you cannot ask the tourist center for assistance in contacting the hotel. You can only use the station’s public phone ☎️ to contact you yourself. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the reception staff are very friendly and kind. If I come to Lake Kawaguchi again next time, I will consider staying here again😊😊

Listen to my advice, don't book this family hotel! I hope Ctrip can refund me I arrived around 1:30 pm, the lobby was dark, no one was at the front desk, I called out to the front desk and a young waitress came out, with a dying expression on her face, and told me that I could only check in after 3 pm. OK, I said I understood, and then she wanted to copy my passport, but ended up folding my passport information page... Then I asked why you were making copies now since the check-in was after 3pm, and asked for the copies back. Then I told her to store the luggage, and she took us behind a screen next to it, gave us a number plate, and left it there. The first impression was very bad Then it was even more exaggerated. When I came back at night, the red line bus was gone, so I asked the hotel to pick me up. About 15 minutes after I made the call, an old man drove up. He didn't ask me to get on the bus first, nor did he confirm whether it was me. He kept asking me in English that I couldn't understand where I booked it and when I booked it. He asked like he was interrogating a criminal. He pestered me for a long time before letting me get on the bus. After I got on the bus, he kept asking me questions until I got angry. A long hair on the mattress The room size was OK, but the facilities were very old, and the shower room was as small as a subdivided flat in Hong Kong It felt like the hotel looked disdainful when they saw that I booked it through Ctrip, and the waiter looked disdainful when he saw that I was Chinese, especially the old man. When I was waiting for the hotel shuttle the next morning, he smiled at some Thai white people, ignored us, and didn't help with the luggage. I hope Ctrip can refund the money. I hope Ctrip will remove this hotel from the shelves and stop cheating Chinese people.

I stayed with a couple of friends and we were very satisfied. I recommend it! The ryokan is good, and although the facilities are old, they seem to be well maintained.

The room is clean, wide and neat. The staff provide good service. There is a shuttle bus to Kawa Station and snacks are given out.
