Location of hotel is excellent that is few minutes of walk to the Hakata JR and bus station. A lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in the mall. In addition, the hotel has a public hot spring bath that is relaxing. Recommendable to staying in this hotel.

The hotel is nice with high level lobby and free hot spring on the top floor. That is actually located in the prime location of Fukuoka with few top travel spots around like 櫛田神社, Canal City & Tenjin Underground mall. The restaurants around are also nice, especially for the recommended restaurants from the hotel. We had our great first trip to Fukuoka here.

I used this place on my first trip to Fukuoka. I imagined a business hotel, but I had a gift for my children, and I was able to spend fun with my children! The staff 々 was also pleasant with a smile and a very polite response. The facilities were beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with a pot and a crown prince. There is also a large bath, so my husband and son went to the large bath, and I was able to enter the bath in the room slowly. There is no toilet water in the amenities, so women bring it. And the pajamas in the room are made of chemical jersey dough. Like me, the sleeping roll is a cotton style.

The area is very convenient， have lots of 24 hour store near the hotel .so I won’t need to be worried about late and can’t find anything to eat. The staff in hotel are very helpful, and nice. they are also try to use English to communicate with me ,compares some of the hotel at the past i can said they have put a lot of effort to train staff and Serve customers For the last past the spa , the size of the spa area are bigger then I thought ,can let 10 guy enjoy at the same time .that was impressive So due to those case i would like to give them 5 out of 5

It's very comfortable to take a hot spring bath. There is a washing machine in the bathhouse, which is really suitable for guests like me who like to live in a four-room apartment. There are free cold drinks after the bath, and noodles can be eaten after 9:30, which are all great.

I stayed for the first time this time for an early morning flight from Arao's home to Tokyo. It is very beautiful because it is just possible. Instead, it contains a variety of fruit wine, soaked wine, coffee and juice and other drinks. I am surprised. I don’t know if the hotel competition is getting more and more fierce, or the advantage of the chain hotel; The room is not small, the luggage can be opened; But not every floor has water supply, it is not convenient to get water on the double-digit floor; The place to soak is a bit small, compared with other hotels, Pupu; breakfast is also more monotonous, but the attitude of the service staff and chef is very good.

We stayed in a twin room for 2 consecutive nights. At check-in, I applied ”Eco de Route Inn” (cleaning only towel exchange and garbage collection) and got 2 canned beers. The room was clean, not new or large, and it was easy to use, such as an empty refrigerator and a kettle pot. The view from the window was about the Hakata Station Square from between the next building. There are 6 washrooms in the large communal bath, and it was not crowded after 20:30 on weekdays and holidays, so I was able to take a bath slowly. Breakfast is from 6:45, but I was able to start eating a little earlier than that or was ready early. There was a line at 7:00. The Japanese side dishes including local specialties such as Mentaiko and cucumber were abundant and delicious, but the croissants placed on the edge of the buffet shelf were crispy. It was delicious when I lightly burned with a toaster. After checking out, I had my luggage kept until the evening just before returning home, and I was able to go sightseeing lightly. It was a very convenient hotel for dinner and sightseeing, directly connected to Hakata Station Hakata Bus Terminal.
